We popped in for a Sunday lunch, even though we didnt book we managed to get a table inside. The owner apologised in the delay in taking our food order and explained she was just setting up the band which was fine as we have eaten here on a few occasions. The food came out hot, it was very easy, I had a roast, my husband had fish and chips, everything was delicious to say the least. We've always enjoyed the food and atmosphere here.

Had an incredible meal on Saturday night. Had the steak on the rocks and it blew us away! Also, the halloumi was a great recommendation - thank you to the wonderful woman who owns the place. Will definitely be back soon!

Excellent roast dinner for a reasonable price. They looked after our large group well. Only lost a star for atmosphere because the live music, although good quality, was too loud for us to be able to hear the person stood next to us.

Lovely location. Atmosphere was a bit hectic but it was a Saturday evening. Service was spot on. Food choices not extensive. Says tradition pub grub but only about 4 things of that. Rest was pizza and pasta. I did have catch of the day and chips and it was *chefs kiss” beautiful.

Only just found this lovely gastro pub and we were made to feel extremely welcome by Julia the Assistant Manager. We had a snack which was faultless and we plan to return very soon to sample the full menu. Dogs are. Welcome. Beautiful views of the small harbour and boats. Linda and Vince

First time I've been here for years. I wasn't disappointed! The food was absolutely delicious. There were 3 of us and we all polished off our meals. We had the hunter's chicken, the bang bang prawns and the asparagus and Stilton tagliatelle. Scrumptious!

My wife and I shared the squid starter and then we had the 'Plateau de fruits de mer" which translates to the Plate of the fruits of the sea. It was a large sharing plate and it all was amazing! Every item was so fresh - nothing came out of a freezer (apart from the fries of course!) and it was soooo tasty. There was a good selection of fresh fish served with a fresh crisp salad accompaniment of various items. Excellent service from the friendly staff. We opted for the sea-food on the menu as we had heard good reports about it however other meals listed sounded just as good too. Highly recommended.
