Great people. They are all welcoming. My dentist is professional, friendly and caring. She always gives me detailed information about my options so that I can make an informed decision.
Receptionist are always polite, friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. I’ve read some poor reviews but understand this is a busy practice and it’s not the receptionist fault if they cannot adhere to everything immediately. If you are polite they are polite back and humorous. All the staff are friendly and my dentist Sonia is absolutely brilliant if you are nervous. I am beyond nervous but she has a way of relaxing me and getting me through it. Even talking to me the whole time my treatment is being done. Appreciated perfect smile !!
Booked my check up for myself & children this morning. 3 stars as I always have a pleasant interaction with the dentist, Sonia. The receptionist this morning though was not very welcoming or polite, not a hello or goodbye from her & a very blunt, unfriendly attitude towards me. I wonder if private customers are treated this way? she did though offer me a hygienist appointment for this Saturday when I enquired but with her attitude towards me with booking standard NHS appointments for check ups, I would rather go to Smile rooms again & pay the same price but treated nicely.
Both my son and I had check ups this week with Jaspreet, a new dentist to us at Perfect Smile. He was so thorough, helpful, professional and has a great manner. Highly recommend.
Seriously disappointed - been a patient for nearly 20 years, never missed an appointment, never late. Last appointment at the end of 2019, no check up in 2020, can’t think why? Oh yes, I remember - Lockdown! Not much available in 2021 unless an emergency, thought they’d catch up with sending out reminders in 2022 but never got one. Ring today to be told I am no longer with them and no, they won’t take me! Well, I wasn’t looking forward to going since I heard that the best dentist they had retired in 2019, so maybe they’ve done me a favour, the other dentist I saw there left a bit of broken tooth in my gum which I had to have another appointment to have removed!
I have recently returned to the dentist for treatment and Sonia was extremely patient with me and did a great job. Would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting a change of dentist.
Crown came out so I went to this dentist. They said I couldn’t get a replacement crown and couldn’t even get a temp crown in the meantime as there was too little tooth remaining. said private implant was the only option. I want to an another dentist who gave me a temporary crown and will give me a permanent crown next month too. No problem. No implant needed !!!!
Appalling service!!! Used to be such a great dentist and never any problems. However, now I always have my appointments cancelled and have even rescheduled last minute at their request. But if you are a few minutes late due to traffic in town and call ahead to inform them they will make you reschedule. I will be changing dentists as soon as possible.
I'm very nervous of dentists but Sonia was an excellent dentist, very thorough and calming. Explained everything and made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. The receptionists were lovely, very helpful and welcoming.
