My dentist Shivani Kumar was absolutely amazing. She gave me amazing treatment, reassurance and made me feel very comfortable. She is a very very good dentist.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, I asked the receptionist to do an additional task for me which she did without hesitation , I was seen in good time and informed throughout the treatment what was going on and what my options were. A very professional well fun practice.
I had a great experience with Yalini. The process was super smooth, and everything was explained clearly. The only issue is that the NHS doesn’t cover the permanent filling at the back teeth, which isn’t about Winnersh Dental Practice. They did a really good job.
Outstanding! I can highly recommend Winnersh dental practice, which exceeded my expectations. They are an outstanding practice! The dentist I see is called Ilyas Chavdi - who goes above and beyond for his patients and takes the time to make you feel at ease and answers any concerns that you may have and explains everything to you in depth, and with warmth - nothing is too much! I never feel rushed during my visits and feel as if I’m in safe hands with Ilyas as he’s very professional, skilled, pleasant, thorough and reassuring. He goes that extra mile which is unbelievable but welcome! I really trust and value his professional opinion and feel safe under his care as he knows his stuff. He’s an excellent communicator! My son and his dad go to this practice too and although they have different dentists I’ve been told that they give an excellent service too. It’s really delightful to be greeted with warmth and a smile by the staff on arrival! The staff there are lovely, very friendly, helpful and attentive, not only to me but also to all of their patients both in person and on the phone! It’s very refreshing to see. I’m guessing that the moral is high here as the staff and dentists all seem to be working in harmony and appear to be happy. I can highly recommend this practice! Thank you !
Texts received advising of forth coming due app. Appointment on time. Receptionist exceptionally helpful today, booked my appointments for next time with Dentist and Hygenist all organised at times and date convenient to myself and together on same day and sent straight to my phone and added to my calendar whilst I was in the surgery. Claire polite and calm and so patient always completes a very thorough cleanse. I travel miles for this practice but it is well worth my journey. All staff are very friendly, professional and outstanding. Many thanks to all.
Just had my hygienist appointment with Clare today. I get panic attacks when I go to the dentist I have a phobia but Claire was lovely and kept checking I was ok. Did a great job on my teeth highly recommend
Qualified dentists are mostly good, however the advice and care provided by Pav was outstanding, hence all stars. I had an emergency developed over weekend and was disappointed when surgery could not offer my any support on Monday and had to wait another day. However when I got the appointment, my dentist (Pav) not only provided excellent care but continually followed up until fully satisfied with outcome.
Very pleased with the service received from Pav. She took the time to explain options before commencing any treatment. She was able to remove a damaged crown, repair the decayed tooth underneath and fit a replacement crown. She has a very professional and caring manner, unlike the brute I had the misfortune to encounter prior to her. Well done Pav!
Pav the new dentist is amazing. So great with patients and especially my 12 year old. Talked him through everything really well. I’m so pleased we all have her.
Just had the most wonderful visit to have a filling for my very nervous 14 yr old who doesn’t like needles. The dentist put her completely at ease and talked her through every step of the way and we went from not wanting it done to having it completed and walking out laughing (and in the car and on the way home and when we got home). Thank you for a great job.
