Had to book here for an emergency appointment following a broken tooth. They got me seen within 24 hours and my tooth was fixed after 30 minutes. The staff were all fantastic and efficient - thank you so much!

I had my check up and hygienist appointment. Ela & Shirlee, were so attentive and spoke to me about my teeth one by one, best practise etc. They were both great!

Saw Ela today who is a hygienist. I was very impressed by her ability to ‘teach’ me techniques to improve my oral brushing. She made me feel comfortable and was chatty throughout. I would definitely recommend Ela to anyone looking for a good hygienist.

Today, I had the absolute pleasure of attending my first hygienist appointment with Elizbieta Debska Sarwar. Wow!!! She is absolutely first class. Her gentle, kind manner, positive outlook throughout, expert advice and guidance on achieving the very best for my teeth and gums was both thorough and nothing short of outstanding. And then there was my treatment. I cannot remember the last time I had to have numbing injections to get through, as my teeth and gums are so sensitive....but not any more! The new, freshly installed, hi-tech equipment has left me speechless! No pain whatsoever. I am in utter amazement. I walked out incredibly happy and will never fret about future appointments...I'm actually looking forward to it! That new cleaning machine should win an award!....and Elizbieta is my new hero. Review written by an extremely happy client.

I have been treated today at Bupa Dental care in Binfield and I received some amazing care from Doctor Massud and her nurse Regun. They did a very good job and I didn't feel any pain. Clinic conditions and equipment are quite good and there was almost no waiting time. Thanks very much to Holly as well, great service!. Nothing else to say more than I highly recommend this practice,

I had my retainers remade at Bupa in Binfield. I was seen before my appointment time which was great and was seen by a very friendly dental hygienist, Aqsa, who explained everything really well and answered all my questions. The service provided was excellent, staff were lovely and will definitely be returning if need be!

Some positive notes before I get into the less pleasant feedback: the reception team are very nice and accommodating. My dental practitioner is absolutely lovely, organised, calm, gathered, and professional. Other than the above I’m quite disappointed at the service I’ve received at this practice and frankly regretful as to why I allowed them to work on my two perfectly good teeth that just had old fillings. In my first routine check up I was advised that the old fillings on 2 teeth need to be replaced even though I had no issues with them. It was my decision at the end of the day and I agreed to have them replaced based on the guidance I was given by the dentist. But since having this work done my teeth have been so uncomfortable and I really regret my decision. The plan was to have the new fillings done in two separate sessions. In the first session when the work was complete I did inform the dentist that the tooth feels too big and uncomfortable only to be told that I feel that way as my teeth are still numb, and that I should give it 6 weeks until the sensitivity is gone and I get used to the big tooth. I waited way longer than 6 weeks and when I went in for my second appointment to have the second filling done, I told the dentist that the tooth is still very sensitive and that it still feels big. They had a look and told me that there is a small part of the tooth that is exposed which they needed to fill (Shocked at how this was missed in the first place. I have had many fillings before and absolutely the first time I experienced this). The sensitivity was gone at that session but was back within a couple of days. As for my second filling, I had a local anaesthesia injected once but it wasn’t working, I was given another, still not working, then another, and I was told that the last one (fourth one) was the maximum dose they could have given me which finally worked. It was the first time I was having this problem and what made the whole experience more frustrating was the fact that I kept being asked “are you sure this has never happened before” and that it’s quite strange that my other tooth didn’t have this problem. Anyway my mouth was finally numb so the dentist completed the filling work. Again exactly like last time I kept saying the tooth is too big and was told that I’m probably very sensitive and that I’ll get used to it. 4 weeks later I was back to the dentist (having had to take time off work of course) as I hadn’t been able to eat or drink without screaming with pain, my big tooth was still very big to an extent that it was putting the tooth above it in pain, the sensitivity on the other one was also still very much there. The first thing I was told by my dentist though was that it hadn’t been 6 weeks since our last appointment and that I probably still need to get used to it, followed by statements like “I really can’t think of what could be causing the sensitivity as we fixed it last time”, and all this was before they even had a look in my mouth. They finally did take the time to have a look, they took a bit from my big tooth which immediately fixed the issue, as for the sensitive tooth, I was told that there is an exposed dent that needs to be filled again!!!! (1 filling and two follow up sessions to fill in the exposed dents). I’m sparing you the fine details of the whole experience, the constant blaming different equipment for why the tooth was still big, or constant remarks like “some people are just more sensitive”, etc. In summary, I am not going back to this practice, my second filling was not covered by my insurance so an absolute waste of £214 + time off work to fix what wasn't done right in the first place, I felt disrespected and disregarded, I felt a sense of rush in both sessions and didn’t get a calm relaxed feeling while I was being treated. Thinking back now, I probably shouldn’t have let them touch two teeth that were causing me absolutely no issues, but who wants to say no to money.

I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. I have now had two appointments and one being a root canal. Marian was so great during my appointment for my root canal. I was so comfortable and at ease. Really glad I made the switch from my old dentist to here. Even my partner has made the switch and his first appointment was great too!

After having a terrible experience years ago (at another practice), I have been terrified of going back to the dentist. I need not have worried, the reception staff were lovely and the dentist (Umbreen) was so fantastic. She made me feel at ease and reassured me about treatment paths. She was patient, very understanding and super professional. Thank you!
