   The old dentist was amazing, new one is rude and has an attitude problem. Caused a lot of pain when he was taking a mold then trying to get me pay for a hygiene appointment

   Absolutely terrible dentist. I had an emergency appointment due to my gums swelling. The appointment lasted around 5 minutes where the dentist poked around my mouth, and said to book another appointment to figure out the cause. But that’s not the bad part! I got prescribed antibiotics for it, and I went to collect it from the pharmacy. Upon reading the side effects, I noticed that it was a medication I could potentially be extremely allergic to. The pharmacy advised me to go back to the dentist so he could change my prescription. I asked if he knew about my allergy, and he asked if I’d put it on the system. I have been a patient here for a while and it was, he had checked and it was on the system. But then, he kept trying to push me to take those antibiotics, even though there was an alternative . I understand that some medicines work better than others, but I’d rather take the safer alternative than risk death. I managed to pick up the alternative antibiotics, and I had written a complaint. The complaint was never responded to despite me chasing it up. I also had a follow up appointment with the same dentist. The dentist hadn’t turned up to the clinic, the reception team didn’t know where he was as he wasn’t answering his phone. I understand emergencies and delays, but waiting 45+ min for an appointment, and then having to go home as you simply cannot wait that long is terrible service. The clinic has had a substantial amount of time to respond to me and my complaints, but have not done so in the slightest. I am absolutely appalled. I’m sorry to bring this publicly, but no effort has been made to resolve my complaint or at least reconcile.

   I had severe toothache asked for an emergency appointment but couldn't get one I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for it to be cancelled. I was told by them to try other dentists. The pain was so severe I resorted in pulling my wisdom tooth out myself. Will out using them again. Looking for a new dentist now.

   Had a check up, some fillings redone & clean today with Dr George. He was brilliant. A real master of his craft.I would highly recommend him & the practice. The Admin staff was fantastic. Very friendly & helpfully. See you in 6 months :0)

   I have been with this practice for a few years never really had any problems with them.had a appointment checkup booked last October 2023 which they cancelled due to lack of dentists and didn't have any appointments till March 2024 so I had to wait.now they tell me they have to cancel this appointment as still no dentists! Apparently they had sent me a letter on the 1 march that they had to cancel which I never received. Really this is unacceptable and very unprofessional.i now have a abess in my tooth that needs to be seen urgently which they can't and other dentist have no availability .due of this terrible service i have received i will be looking elsewhere

   We have to cancel the appointment as one of our family member (same household) is diagnosed with covid; as per govt guidelines. Rather than being sensitive to the situation the call attendant was rude and bang the phone. Really disappointed with the behaviour and attitude of the call attendant.

   Extremely poor service. The receptionist called Rebecca is so rude and unhelpful. I registered with the practise last year February and when I called them for an appointment now, they say that I am not on their system. I sent an email to the practise manager with no response. I called to let them know that there was no response to the email. She insists on saying there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the practise manager and they just left me on the phone to hold. Her mannerism was so disrespectful.

   Abhorrent place My partner has been deregistered, no contact whatsoever, despite having an appointment last year. Rude, unprofessional secretary who would not let me speak and refused to allow me to speak to a practice manager. She also refused to give me a contact email for them. Now can't get my partner registered anywhere. Completely negligent.

   Was very happy with a service for more than 3 years until our dentist moved to another clinic. For ridiculous reason that prevents patients to know where their dentist moved to we were not able to follow. Then our issues started as work that our dentist started couldn’t be finished. Middle of March ‘20 Covid 19 lockdown rumours started and clinic decided without any warning to lock their doors (even though we had a booked appointment that Saturday) and not let their patients know what is happening. There were two of us (patients) in front of the clinic wandering what is happening. After one hour of waiting in the rain outside I managed to get through to one of the dentists directly who informed us how office forgot to let us know our appointments were cancelled?!? This clinic had an amazing dentist Natasha but since her departure we couldn’t progress with the rest of them as they have demonstrated very poor quality of service (we did try :( ) and also poor patients care. Can not recommend.

   I have received great service from this practice. I required complex dentistry and Dr Dharmi and all staff at the practice treated me very well. They have been considerate (and patient as I was very nervous) and offered brilliant financial plans. I recommend this practice to everyone.
