   Great clinical care. Just wish that Sheila the orthodontist was there every Friday. Hard to get appointments when needed. This affects continuity of care and has caused some issues in my treatment. No reflection on her skills though.

   I am really disappointed how I've been treated by this dentist. At the start seemed all good but once they know that you suffer with any form of anxiety with dental work they treat you as an unvalued customer. Been let down 4 times now with making appointments then comes to the day they pretend they have no record of which totally wastes my time. Asked to speak with the manager which they seem to avoid for some reason. Not happy.

   Terrible service. Receptionist called at 12.06 I had appoinment in my diary 12.30. I informed her that I was on the Henley Road. She said to get there as quickly as possible, I drove as fast as possible parked in Waitrose car park. Did not put sticker on my car and ran to surgery. I was there in 4 minutes even after dialog she informed me that it was 12 minutes past. I was obviously geniune but I was declined to See Mr Nyland. I had driven over half an hour to see them and then half an hour back. No empathy whatsoever. In fact total arrogance.
