   I would like to take this opportunity to express my compliments for the exemplary service provided by your staff and team, in particular Jamie and Michaela who provided my routine dentistry and subsequent fillings and dental cleaning and polishing for my booking last week. Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie, who ensured i was fully informed of procedures and was satisfied with the course of treatment . I found the complete experience to be exceptional.    I visited this practice based on a recommendation from my neighbour, and I’m so glad I did. The clinic has been beautifully upgraded—modern, clean, and very easy to book online. Kornelia, the dental hygienist, did an excellent job. She removed all of my stains using Airflow, and the whole experience was completely painless. I’m so impressed that I’ll be booking an appointment for my son next, as he’s currently wearing braces and finds it difficult to keep them clean.

   I’ve been coming to Optima dental care for a while now and every appointment is faultless. They take care in your treatment, they’re gentle and most importantly, do an excellent job. My most recent hygienist appointment with Kornelia was one of the best I’ve had. She was so knowledgeable and I felt went above and beyond during my appointment. I would highly recommend their services.

   Love this dental practice even though we have moved further away I refuse to go anywhere else as I know the care I get at Optima is unparalleled. Mohan in particular did a fantastic job with my complex root canal and was friendly and left me totally pain free! Thank you!

   I'm sorry to say that mine and my families experience at Optima has not been as lovely. Very recently my husband was going through treatments because of problems caused by a previous dentist at this practice and optima are refusing to help, instead they suggested to go "private to fix it first" which we have to pay. My husband was very frustrated by the response received and tried numerous times to make them understand that it was them that made the mess and they should be liable for it. They didn't just refuse that,he was accused for being aggressive and abuse! Very unprofessional at this time of uncertainty.

   I had a bad toothache due to a tooth that had split in half and I saw Dr Mohan Chawla who took it out and replaced it with an implant. I needed other teeth fixed also, which he did with cosmetic porcelain inlays because they were badly broken. I also had tooth whitening done also. I was impressed at how he put me at ease and treatment was painless. All the staff are nice and make you feel welcome. The clinic is really clean and everything is brand new. He used a wand to numb my teeth didn't need injections. Overall very impressed with the treatment and following up , I would highly recommend Dr Mohan Chawla best dentist I've been too.
