   I am so very happy for the help I received from this dental surgery team. Firstly with the receptionists who got me in and registered very quickly and efficiently as I had a severely painful tooth infection. Secondly with the dentist Rajan, who got me the antibiotics that day and only a week later back to have the tooth pulled out. Thirdly to the nurse who treated me with kindness and compassion and made me feel very calm in a time when I was feeling very anxious and uncomfortable. Thank you for your service and for your hospitality, I am very grateful and hope to be a lifelong customer.

   I had a very poor experience with the lady on reception 2 days in a row, the first day September 22nd I called to try and get myself and my family registered and I was greeted with a very poor attitude and told it was a Monday morning and she was too busy to help me and as I was also in pain with a toothache I was told try somewhere else who could actually help. I then called in the afternoon the next day and tried to register and I was made to feel belittled and uncomfortable with the attitude I was receiving. She was very rude and I had hardly said anything at this point. She then proceeded to hang the phone up on me so I didn’t bother called back again. Very disappointed in the customer service I received.

   So just had a visit. Im very anxious and a nervous person when it comes to the dentist. From the minute I arrive the friendly lady on reception makes me feel so much better. She very chatty and I like the way she remembered me from last time and talking to her calmed me down. So today I had some work done and I was very nervous. I explained I was nervous and michela put me at ease. She explained what she was doing every step of the way. She kept stopping and asking me if I was ok and then kept me calm by saying nearly done etc. I would recommend this dentist to nervous people and I feel much better now ive had the work done.

   Probably the first dentist I’ve ever wanted to go back to again. Aman and her assistant Bhumi are the nicest dental team I’ve ever encountered, really good at explaining what’s about to happen which helps as a nervous patient. Aman was happy to stop if I had any pain or questions before carrying on, where many dentists in the past have just kept going regardless.

   Professional dental area. The receptionist was incredibly nice and easy to talk to. They manage to fit appointment times to a time-frame suitable to you. The dentist I had as well was super pleasant: always checking to see if you are comfortable before, during and after procedure. He ensures to explain each step he is taking so you feel at ease during each process. 11/10 will recommend.
