I have been lucky enough to be treated by Dr Ramana Laxmikanthan who is clearly an exceptionally skilful dentist. The whole team at Sapphire are amazing. If you are a nervous patient or like me haven’t been in a while, I would recommend that you pay them a visit. A big thanks to Dr Ramano and his team for taking such good care of me. I cannot stress enough how helpful and compassionate this practice is. After calling for an emergency appointment I was made to feel like the only one that mattered. The receptionist Bina was fantastic and was able to help me get an appointment luckily within 10 minutes. After being greeted like I had been a member of the practice for years. I was seen by Laura, who again made time to explain and help me with my issue. I'm pleased to say I have a new dentist. Clearly the culture of this practice is customer focused and it shows. Warm, welcoming and friendly Excellent premises, light spacious and airy. In Sainsbury's, huge easy car park. Receptionists are friendly and helpful and polite and put you at ease. Saw Dr Nevis this week with her wonderful nurse. Reassured an extremely anxious new patient. Explained everything clearly, comprehensively and with warmth and understanding of the fears of the patient. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Sapphire Dental. So good, I've been back this morning and registered myself! 13 December Had my appointment yesterday...even better. Am thrilled with the complete service and all staff are so professional and warm. I can not recommend Sapphire Dental enough
