   I do not recommend! I lost money and time because of this company! I waited a week for a visit and after arriving at the garage it turned out that they ordered the wrong glass and the next waiting time is another week, if you decide make sure that they order the right glass for you, the wrong people work there!

   Didn’t get off to a good start with my replacement panoramic roof glass. The booking agent was new and didn’t listen to me that it was NOT the sunroof that was broken - obviously nothing to do with Southampton branch but none the less annoying that I took a days leave from work and had a wasted two hour round trip to find they had ordered a sunroof glass! I made a complaint and they refunded me my fuel costs. Ok. Second time lucky and I turned up at the workshop for the correct glass. The lad seemed friendly and genuine and I left them to it. Didn’t take long at all, I was surprised. Almost a year to the day, no complaints with the glass itself which is well fitted but now I find that he sheared one of the roof rail bolts and tried to cover it up by gluing the rail to the roof! It’s an old vehicle and I wouldn’t have minded if he’d been honest but when you tell a customer that it’s all done you except it to be just that. I use my roof rack regularly to carry timber and I’m angry to think that I have unwittingly carried an unstable load because of the damage caused. It could have had disastrous consequences! Lazy dishonest workmanship, avoid at all costs!

   Booked my van in 16th Feb for repair on Monday 6th March through my insurer Received a phone call 4.45pm on Friday 3rd March cancelling as they have had a technician off all week Being self employed this took a full days work off me unnecessarily The excuse seemed less and less valid as the conversation carried on Thankfully have booked somewhere more professional through insurer 0 stars not an option

   Having to leave a review for this branch as I can’t leave a review for the useless ‘technician’ who missed 2 appointments. To get a few chips fixed on my windcsreen has cost me 2 days of work (£800+) because of their ineptitude. When phoning head office for an explanation you get fobbed off with the usual cr%p. They are useless. My advice? Go somewhere else entirely for chip and windscreen crack repairs. I’ll be making a claim for loss of earnings and a refund for what I’ve already paid (they expect you to pay prior to the work being done… which is odd).

   Fantastic customer service, the team were very professional and welcoming and reassuring that the car would be okay. She is a Nissan Figaro, so parts like this are hard to come by and I was concerned the windscreen may not be available but I was amazed at just how well they took care of our beloved Gurt. She now has a crack free and way more transparent windscreen! Thank you all so much! If anything ever happens to any of our cars we will be sure to come back if given the choice! Highly recommended! And it’s not often you can say that these days!☺️
