We went for tea and cake in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and the environment is nice, but the cake is limited. They have very limited gluten free options and many of their cakes are bought in and consist of multiple layers of sponge sandwiched together with vast amounts of very sweet artificial cream, which makes them sickly.
We visited The Cute Wee Coffee Shop at Toons and were absolutely spoilt for choice with their mouth-watering selection of cakes. We went for the scrumptious carrot cake and the delicious Granny's Pineapple Cake — both were packed with flavour and so fresh. The display alone is enough to tempt anyone, with so many gorgeous bakes it’s hard to choose just one. Warm, welcoming atmosphere and well worth the trip. Highly recommended!
Absolutely shocking. Terrible, awful experience, an unacceptably long wait for food. Drinks are watery and cheap quality. The special drink was just cordial It’s located inside a furniture store. Toilets are out of order aswell SHOCKING The average age of the customers is 80 + but at least the chairs are comfy
Took my dad in his wheelchair for something to eat. Plenty of space available to negotiate other tables and once moved a chair out of the way. I was able to push him right up to the table so this made things much easier for him. As the food is all cooked fresh there was an expected delay between ordering and eating, which was no longer than expected and it's well worth the wait. The food was lovely and very filling
Needed a catch up with a friend and this was the place we picked for breakfast! It's inside toons but not hard to find just enter and head left, you'll work out the rest. Ample parking outside! Easy wheelchair access also. Staff were helpful but you have to go back to the counter for everything. It got a little busy later and having to wait in the cue for another coffee and tea was a little poopy. Food was pretty good but more than I usually pay, yet I'm out of area so not sure what the prices are like around here. Toilets are nearby and kept clean. All in all I'd pop by again if I was in the area. Enjoy.

By far the best breakfast I've had , serious!! I had the Jocks bennadict, best square sausages, eggs cooked to perfection, bacon tastes amazing, holandase sause spot on and Black pudding was fresh and outstanding topped on a pancake thingy that was lovely (great combination)
Had a small breakfast and wife had a jacket potato with cheese and beans, could not fault any part of our visit. Really good experience and will definitely be going back.
