   Matt and Alan were exceptional today. On Christmas Eve I had a puncher and needed to get it sorted for travelling on Christmas day. The guys rang multiple tyre depots to see if they could get my tyre, found one and then travelled to get it to enable it to be fitted the same day. Professional and extremely helpful throughout. Brilliant levels of customer service. Well done team.

   Absolutely wonderful team here at Hedge End. Have been coming here for a couple years now and have never had any issues. This MOT and Service they really proved their greatness, discussing the recommendations with me and making sure I knew which ones I could leave a little longer and wait until sometime next year by keeping an eye. Helping me not spend a large chunk of money just before Christmas! Rachel is absolutely amazing and so kind, I couldn't believe she remembered me from work done earlier in the year (before I signed up to the Halfords savings). Will be continuing to come here for all my needs!
