   I have been coming to 20/20 for the past four years and they have, lierally, saved my teeth! Melanie and Sarah are amazing! They really explain everything, taking time to help you maintain good practices in dental care and oral hygiene. I first came to see Melanie after having issues with my previous dentist. Filllings were rushed when they were put in and kept falling out, and one of my top teeth was cracked. My mouth was a mess, and Melanie sorted out all my previous poor dental work. My teeth have been good ever since. I'd prevously experienced some bone loss and issues with my gums, bleeding and quite spongy. I was visiting other hygeinists and it was OK, intermittently. I went to see Sarah and the first thing she showed me was how to really clean my teeth properly, in a way I hadn't been shown before, and it's been nothing short of miraculous. I went form 3 monthly to four to, now, six monthly visits and I can see, just by looking, that my gums are lighter and firmer. Everyone in the practice is lovely including the receptionists. You feel welcome and looked after and I can't praise them highly enough.

   Efficient, friendly and helpful and they don't over charge! I was very pleased with my first visit with Craig this week. He was so helpful, friendly and professional. And Sarah has been my hygienist for many years she is amazing and has helped to keep my teeth in tip top condition with the cleans and all her advice and encouragement.

   I cannot speak more highly of this dental practise and all its staff. I needed an emergency horizontally for impacted wisdom tooth removal on Monday which I was extremely nervous about however the care I got was hands down the best I’ve experienced. I had phoned 111 at 7am and by 11am I was booked in to see Dr Dirk Van Der Spuy. He is an absolute credit to the industry and his bedside manner was just lovely. Initially I was shaking in the chair but he did everything he could to keep me calm and it worked wonders. His skill is such that at the end I said to him ‘is that it?’ and there was absolutely no pain. These are complex procedures but due to his skill and experience he was able to do it outside of hospital which I am so grateful for. This practise and its staff are simply 1 in a million, and I’ve been to a few, both NHS and private. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr Dirk Van Der Spuy and the team for working wonders, I will be recommending everyone I can to go to this practise. I’ve already got my partner registered!!

   Sarah Russel is a brilliant hygienist. So caring and gentle and puts me completely at ease. I have always been anxious in the past about dental visits but the whole team at 2020 from the receptionists to Craig the dentist are wonderful.

   20/20 dentistry is a first-class, affordable and professional team. In 2020, I made my first visit to a dentist after nearly 20 years of neglect. I was made to feel comfortable during a simple consultation with Dr Melanie Hunt. It started with tooth ache and after 18 months I was guided towards a perfect smile (according to others...) The cosmetic difference is remarkable - I really had awful teeth and was embarrassed about it. Her skill was evident throughout the process and I felt under no pressure to have treatment for clinical work, secondly shaping of lower teeth and finally two front veneers that have entirely changed the way I laugh... It was costly work, but I did check with another Newbury dentist who quoted at least 30% more for the cosmetic work. To be frank, even if 20/20 cost 30% more, I would have gladly paid if I had known the value that Dr Hunt and her team provided to me. Thanks 20/20 and Dr. Hunt

   Brilliant service. Megan Cunningham was fantastic for my hygiene appointment today. My last hygiene appointment with another practice was so painful during and for days afterwards. I went in with reservations because of this, but Megan was patient, gentle and meticulous. Highly recommend.

   I've always been satisfied with my treatment at 20/20 dental practice. Craig is incredibly professional and has always taken the time to thoroughly explain any treatment options I've needed. I've also had great advice from all the hygienists at 20/20 too. It's always simple to get an appointment too. Thanks all!

   It was really bad experience with my tooth treatment. There was a filling problem in one of my teeth one year ago. While examine they suggested to do minor filling for other two teeth as well. I did all these (3 teeth) treatment with them. In past, i never had any sensitivity issue, however after treatment, I started facing sensitivity issue and did followup multiple times and got some treatment, however it's still not 100% cure. Now, I am having problem with my other teeth which they did filling. Now, i have changed my dentist and it seems turning out as teeth crack which may require root canal or even tooth extraction. It seems that that teeth was treated poorly so that just chewing basic (veg) food, it got crack in it.

   Really pleased to have changed to 20/20. Appreciated how quickly I was fitted in for emergency treatment recently. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. However, 20/20 are really lucky to have an outstanding hygienist in Sarah. She is very caring, highly professional, always cheerful and a pleasure to visit.
