Nicola has changed my behaviour towards dentists. I have always had a terrible fear of dentists without really understanding where it comes from. That fear caused me to avoid them for 10 years when I was younger. Nicola is so gentle that I can now attend regularly without getting too stressed. Absolutely brilliant! I broke a tooth and whilst it wasn't painful, it was sharp and felt delicate. A quick voicemail in the morning and completion of their on-line form resulted in Nicola calling me back and I was in the following day - no fuss - straight in. Fixed it there and then.
