   The most friendly dentist imaginable. Kate, on Reception, is exceptionally helpful, warm and caring. She's a tremendous ambassador for the practice and from the very first visit made me feel looked after and listened to. She's also sweet and funny. Kya and Sara (in the dental room) are kind, thoughtful and looked after me with considerate and gentle care - always important when you're in the chair!

   Just back from my hygiene appt with Jo-Anne; what an exceptionally kind, professional and informative clinician she is. She educates encouragingly and I leave with teeth feeling shiny and new. It’s like a visit to the salon of self-care! Shout out to dental nurse Chloe for so gently steering that water suction tube around my mouth. And to Kate on reception for her warm welcome and friendly banter. Moved to Caversham from London this time last year, so glad we joined this dental practice.

   I had my Invisalign treatment done from start to finish at Caversham Heights Dental Practice, followed by composite bonding, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Amrinder was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process — professional, patient, and really attentive to detail. He explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable and confident at each stage. The Invisalign treatment went smoothly, and the final composite bonding has completely transformed my smile. The whole team at the practice are friendly, welcoming, and make every visit a pleasant experience. I can’t recommend Caversham Heights Dental Practice and Dr. Amrinder highly enough — if you’re thinking about Invisalign or cosmetic dental work, this is the place to go!

   For a family dental clinic that ostensibly prides itself on customer service, I was certainly an exception to the rule. I filled out a contact form more than 24 hours ago, with no attempt at communication. I gave them a second chance by calling their main number only to be redirected to their voicemail. Even after leaving a message, no one bothered to call me back. I'll take my business to someone who actually values my time.

They're a professional, friendly bunch who are very attentive to your needs, also just to add Katy Sansom (our Dentist) is amazing at what she does and it's always a pleasure to visit her.

   A fantastic, professional, caring, family orientated dental experience. My whole family have been with the practice since it's birth. We have always had an A* quality of service. This has been from all the team, from the dentists, hygienists to the receptionists. Come on guys going to the dentist is always going to be not the best date in your diary but at my dentists all the friendly faces makes it not so daunting. Our chance to say a thank you.
