   I visited this clinic for urgent treatment due to a tooth infection. I knew exactly what the problem was as the problem was ongoing and I had X-ray previously. Even started antibiotics. I only needed a solution — the extraction. Nevertheless, I agreed to pay for their consultation, expecting it would move the treatment forward. Instead, the consultation provided no new information and I was simply told to continue the antibiotics and book another appointment for the actual procedure. After waiting more than two weeks for the extraction appointment, I was then turned away for being 15 minutes late, despite the circumstances (heavy rain and difficulty finding parking) and despite dealing with a long-standing tooth abscess requiring urgent care. As a full-time worker, it is extremely hard to find available time, and I had hoped for a more understanding and patient-focused approach, especially since the clinic had a one-hour slot reserved for me. Overall, the lack of support and unwillingness to help a patient in genuine need was deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

   I have been seeing Dr. Maureen since I was pregnant with my daughter last year, and now my whole family (my partner, kids, and myself) go to her. She is absolutely wonderful! She has done several treatments for me this past year and they turned out brilliantly. Dr. Maureen is caring, gentle, and always makes me feel at ease. She’s amazing with children too — even my 3-year-old son had his teeth cleaned with her and he was completely comfortable the whole time. It’s rare to find a dental therapist or dentist who is both so skilled and so warm, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. Highly recommend Dr. Maureen for both adults and kids!

   Really good bunch of people, receptionist went above and beyond to get me looked at for needed treatment. Dentist was professional, courteous and conscientious. Therapist was lovely, treated with dignity and respect. I would recommend this practice. Maureen is really nice and does a brilliant job, very contentious and caring and knowledgeable.

   Just had a tooth cracked open from a former filling , emailed the first local dentist that happened to be Dr Mottacki, got in the next day and out in 20 mins. Whole tooth got cleaned out, repaired and fixed without an effort (better than the existing one :D ). Friendly and caring dentist with a sense of humour. Highly recommended with professional and COVID-Safe measures in place. I felt welcomed and was very well looked after.

   I have been a patient of Dr Mottacki for a number of years, he is very caring, friendly and professional. Recently I had an issue with my wisdom tooth and Dr Mottacki saved the day! I couldn’t thank him enough for sorting and relieving me from the awful pain I had been suffering. I would recommend this dental practice for anyone who is thinking of joining! Dr Mottacki and his staff do their absolute best the make your time at the dentist as enjoyable as possible.

   I called Vesta dental care late afternoon trying to get an emergency extraction and they fitted me in last minute within a 20 minute window. The dentist was so friendly, comforting and re assured me the whole time. He was so gentle when taking my tooth out I didn’t feel a thing. The price was very reasonable and the dentist was also really clean. This was my first time here and would definitely go back without feeling worried or scared about having anything done, I left feeling relieved and happy with the service.

I felt completely safe during a recent visit where extensive Covid secure measures were adopted and taken very seriously. Thank you Dr Mottacki for a fully reinstated front tooth that had chipped, which is now looking better than it did originally.
