   Extremely nervous patient here.I can not recommend enough!From the first contact,to sedation and extraction everybody was absolutely briliant.Mr Riaz explaning every move he was about to make with endless patiense, to Linda who made sure I didnt run away last minute:).I cant remember everybodies name unfortunately but every single person we came in contact with was just wonderful.

   My son had two teeth removed yesterday. He required IV sedation because we are that family who can’t do dentists. I can’t praise this practice or its staff enough. From walking in at Reception to leaving the recovery room everyone is friendly, efficient and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend

   My very anxious Daughter had two teeth extracted today. At one point it looked like the anxiety was going to take over and we were going to leave without having the procedure. Thanks to patience and kindness of all the staff members involved my daughter went through with it. Would definitely recommend.

   My husband needed extractions and was very anxious about the procedure. We were looked after at reception by Linda who put us at ease. Jessica performed the extractions assisted by Delfi, both were super kind and took it at my husbands pace, explaining about sedation, chatting to him and keeping him relaxed throughout. We were looked after post op by Maggie who explained after care and followed up with us the next day to check on him. He was so relieved the pain has now gone and we would like to thank everyone again for their kindness and understanding as well as doing a brilliant job. Mr and Mrs R Thompson

   My 17 year old son was referred from perfect smile in Wokingham, to Reading sedation clinic. The referral took 1 week which was great. The lady dentist and her assistant, (Sorry I did not get their names), and James the anaesthetist, were all absolutely amazing. The recovery nurses were so lovely and really put my son (and me) at ease. My son had a serious phobia of dentists, hence he had to have 5 extractions. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, I cannot fault anything. The receptionist was also lovely. The whole experience has changed my sons expectations of dentists in a positive way, and I cannot thank the team enough, for their care, kindness and understanding.    Absolutely fantastic dentist! I have been a patient at The Reading Sedation Clinic/Perfect Smile Reading since 2006 and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Only dentist I have seen as an adult and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have had the same dentist this whole time, Mr Snyman, who is not only an excellent dentist and incredibly knowledgeable he is also a genuinely kind and compassionate individual as indeed all the staff are. I have a rare condition that effects my teeth and he goes out of his way to do the best for me, he is always completely honest and discusses everything through with me. Due to being an anxious patient I have the bulk of my dental work under sedation, which I have always found to be quite a stress free experience, not just because I am sedated but also because the team is so lovely, the anaesthetist is so friendly and chatty and always makes me feel at ease. When I need dental work Mr Snyman always discusses what he thinks is the best course of action and I have had two fillings without sedation as he has felt I could cope with them and he was extremely understanding throughout even when I squirm and I have had his lovely dental nurse hold my hand if I needed it. The reception staff are always so helpful and are so friendly and chatty, it’s always a pleasure to interact with them! I have never had to wait long for an appointment, in fact my recent visit I rang the Tuesday afternoon and was seen 8am the Wednesday morning! Absolutely all round amazing dental practice full of kind, friendly and professional staff who always make seeing the dentist a pleasant experience and they have over the years helped me significantly reduce my anxiety around the process! Very reasonably priced, I’d recommend the dental plan if you are a frequent visitor like myself! Highly recommend this practice and have absolutely nothing negative to say! Thank you for all your help over the years!

   Came here today after having numerous extractions, fillings and dentures fitted the other day to have a review. Dr Asim makes you feel warm and welcome, always has a chat with you and makes you feel at ease. The reception team are very warm and friendly. So happy with my experience here! Would definitely recommend this dentist to any nervous patients!

   Can't give a lower score, however the receptionist were lovely as was the nurse and Mr shiv anand, the anaesthetist made comments about my weight like I wasn't in the room, I was already anxious and he made it worse rather then be silent he went on and on as if it were a joke, and quite honestly made me leave the room once. He didn't make me feel at ease which was the whole point of being referred to this place. From a previous review I'm not the only person to have experienced this at the surgery!

   Had an extraction done today for 2 wisdom teeth and a front tooth. I suffer with panic attacks so I was a mess as you can imagine however once the sedation went in within 15 seconds I was gone and woke up after what felt like a few minutes. I want to thank all the colleagues who were involved as they were all very informative and told me everything that was going to happen and made me feel much more calmer about what was happening. Exactly the type of support I needed which was perfect! Here’s to a simple, easy recovery!
