   Reception staff were kind and respectful, but my experience with the dentist was concerning. I paid £27.40 for my first emergency visit, received a scan, and was prescribed antibiotics. On my second visit, I was charged £79 for consultation—a fee not mentioned in their leaflet—and another prescription, while being pressured to book a private appointment for treatment. I refused, got a refund, and left with no treatment during a painful moment. This unprofessional and misleading approach is why I reported the case to NHS England.

   Negative experience - I was told my appointment had to be moved to 3pm from 1pm at 11:30am on the day of my appointment. Despite the receptionist being very nice about this it was still an inconvenience and I was lucky I was able to make the new appointment time. When I got there I wasn’t aware it was only a checkup appointment, as I had originally made the appointment for a filling falling out. The dentist was nice but spoke very quickly and didn’t seem interested in the fact that I was missing a filling or that I was in pain. She very quickly went through the check up and I was out in ten minutes being told I needed multiple procedures that I wasn’t completely familiar with and I had to call back to make new appointment. I left feeling very overwhelmed and annoyed that the issue wasn’t sorted.

   I recently visited Inspire Dental to undergo a two stage crown fitting. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dentist Inigo Urriza. Innigo provided exceptional care amd expertise throughout both proceedures. Inigo put me at ease straight away with a very calm, professional and caring approach. At each stage Inigo explained what to expect and to let him know if I was unsure about anything at any stage of the proceedure. Inigo's overall approach made a huge difference in my dental care. I am very happy with the crown's appearance and fit. I would highly recommend Inigo Urriza dental treatment and services.

   Wish I can give a zero. They're taking new patients but when you go to book an appointment they say they can't see you as you've not been here before. You cant make this up. Drunk on power. Edit: I have since tried to contact but the reception staff are soo rude, lady with an accent put the phone down on me when I asked for more details. Then I rang back later to ask the price of a filling done privately. She just went silent for several minutes so I hung up. The staff are so rude it's not a joke. Maybe send a mystery shopper or 2 to see if I'm just making this up. I went to a different dentist and paid £230 for an emergency filling.

   I had severe tooth ache due to a cavity and im also pregnant. I was nearly in tears as i was not getting appointments elsewhere and started getting anxious. I called Inspire dental, The receptionist was quite understanding and booked me in upon another cancellation due to it being an emergency . I was treated by Dr Wala and got my cavity filled. The procedure was painless and smooth and i was so relieved. The filling is still intact after 5 days and pain has gone. 5 stars for the Inspire dental team for saving me from the pain and anxiety.    Friendly receptionist who actually answered the phone when the surgery opened. I was able to get an emergency appointment with no issues. Seen by dentist Walaa and nurse Cynthia I received exceptional service. My wisdom was broken and painful I was offered pain relief injections and my tooth was filled whilst I wait for extraction. Walaa was unable to fill the tooth and give me injections at my appointment at 11.00. Cynthia booked me another appointment the same day in the evening. The injections were painful as was the filling both Cynthia and Walaa made sure I was ok and they took there time with me. I had an awful experience with my previous dentist surgery and it was lovely to be looked after and listened to I really appreciated the level of service can't thank them enough. Highly recommended this dentist!

   I still remember the day that I had a terrible tooth-ache with a big swelling in the mouth near the tooth filling done by another dentist the previous day. I am so lucky that Inspire Dental assigned Dr. Gurung to be my emergency dentist to look into my teeth. She is very calm, decisive and experienced, and very quickly she knew how to sort the problem from the root and provided a detailed explanation as well. I had been offered treatment to follow the emergency appointment treatment. Now the problematic tooth is in very good condition, which previously I had been told that I may have to have my tooth removed by other dentist. I really appreciate Dr. Gurung and all of her assistant's help, also the other staff, especially the receptionist. Thanks again

   Had an emergency appointment today called 8:00am got an appointment the same day with Faranak and her assistant. I have had really bad dentists in the past but was so comfortable and happy with the treatment I received today, she was quick but also gave time to listen to my issue and answer all questions. By far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist! Would 100% recommend, I am a nervous patient and had no issues at all with this appointment .
