   Thanks to Max who worked at the local Premier Inn (where we were staying for the Download festival) he told us to try this place as our bar was closed. We are so glad we went, as the locals were great with us (lovely people) and the drinks were very reasonably priced with a good selection. Well worth a try

   Reasonable prices , friendly staff, as you can imagine for a council estate area pub it needs some decor doing but I'm sure the locals love it. Would I go back , YES!

   Friendly barstaff & people alike. There is often entertainment, on Sat' & Sun' evenings, with disco / karaoke, & witty banter.This place does not offer food for sale (only your usual bar snacks). You can hire the back room, for parties, which is medium sized (holds 100 people 'say'). It has a pool table, except weekend evenings, when entertainments on, or parties, which are few & far between.

   Love the Norman Arms, cracking pint of lager ran by a lovely woman "Lisa" all bar staff appreciate there customers. Awesome karaoke disco Saturday nights. Also tv's to watch the footy.
