I have been a client for 8 wonderful years. Soni is amazing and such an expert. I get facials every month and they are so, so good. It is a lovely quiet salon where you can totally relax and enjoy your pampering sessions. Thank you Soni for making me feel great after every visit. I highly recommend this Salon.
I received a voucher from groupon as a gift and booked an appointment 6 months ago.this was for reflexology I turned up and the salon was closed. I waited for 10 minutes and tried calling however there was no answer. I left and soon after received a call from the salon. The lady explained she had been dealing with a family matter. To be honest I was abit annoyed as they could have contacted me to let me know.Anyway I couldn’t go back at that time as I was on way home. We decided I would re book by text message. I have sent at least 3 messages trying to book an appointment however have received no answer. This treatment was paid for and I still haven’t had the treatment due to no response.
Reading Beauty Salon will always be a great learning experience for me and just to let everyone know I no longer work at this salon. I am happily continuing my role as beautician at a salon in Bagshot. I had made beautiful and loyal customers at the Reading Salon, but for unforeseen reason I had to leave for my well-being. I had a facial( face treatment specially for pigmentation) with Sony.Excellent service,no hurry or rush to finish,takes enough time to get the good results,keeps comfortable throughout ,very professional.service is based on your skin type which was really good. Saloon is very neat and tidy. I would really recommend this saloon.
I had the most wonderful experience, very professional and so relaxed! I had a full leg and bikini wax and time was taken to make sure no areas were missed… something which lots of salons don’t do!! So thrilled with the results and will be back in a month for my next one…! Dying to try one of the facials too! Thank you Soni x
Horrible experience. I bought an IPL voucher for £129 for six sessions, Brazilian in Groupon. I arrived to do the IPL test but once in the room, the manager told me that laser was better than IPL and she was offering me to do two laser sessions for Brazilian with my voucher. I don’t know much about this things so I said yes, she said for laser is not needed to do a test, and I could start straight away. Also I started to do a session for my lips and belly button for £60 each session of both. I have to mention that they never wore gloves at all and also my second session the girl when doing the Brazilian just did the front but, I suggest her kindly to open my legs to go a bit deeper in my groins and she refused, also I was really painful, and even saying it, she was just telling me that was ok, and when I was asking her to stop she wasn’t stopping, at some point I had to grab her hand to stopped her myself. I had an appointment with them but all Covid staff started so the salon was closed. When saloons were allowed to open, I called them a few times but they never answered the phone. So I had to look somewhere else to continue my laser sessions. Once I started I realised how things works and his bad is this place. I realised that was a lack of professionalism and they put the groupon voucher for IPL but once there, they try to sell you something different. I don’t know, first time I went there I saw a bit weird the place, doesn’t look very clean and people doesn’t seems that they know what they are doing.
I've gone for tattoo removal 4 times now. Every time has been great. As I have a half a sleeve it takes about an hour to hour and half and the more treatments you have the power has to go up a bit more so as there's a time limit on the machine I can either wait half hour and finish the treatment or go back the next day. But she always has time to do it all. Very friendly we chat all the way through so it goes quickly and if I wait the half hour I always get a cup of tea. I really recommend them....
