   I had body wax done . It has burnt my underarms and wrist area. I told the girl that wax is very hot, however she was keep saying it’s on the lowest setting and ignored. After few days I felt something isn’t right as I was keep itching my underarms . I called the salon , they said this should go away within few days or a week . It’s has been over 3 weeks and there isn’t any change in the burn marks . Very disappointing service .

   I attended without an appointment, the staff were accommodating, I waited a few minutes before my treatment commenced with the beautician named Shaheen. She was friendly and warm, she patiently assisted me with me choosing my nail colour. Shaheen did a fantastic job on my nails, she is thorough and takes extra care with her work. the salon was presentable and relaxing. Thank you Shaheen, I will return.

   Horrific my nails are completely damaged and it will take half a year to fully grow out. I had shellac removal and they were filed off with a drill. You are supposed to hand file the first layer then soak off. I realised too late that she was filing off the whole thing. Every nail is sore and paper thin, I have rings of fire (something caused by harsh over filing) and every nail bed is red. My nails are starting to separate from the nail bed at the smile line. Honestly what the hell did I do to deserve this??? I can't even wash my hands it's so painful. I was literally up all night in tears.

   This is my favourite place in reading for eyebrow threading. Everytime I go in they manage to make my eyebrows look amazing and are extremely skilled. Their prices are very good it used to be £5 now £6, reward card is a great feature my next visit is a free threading. Today I had shaheen who was very quick and made my eyebrows look amazing giving them a lovely round arch while still looking thick Thanks see you again in a few weeks!

   I asked for a square shape for my nails and she kept going round. She filed my nails until there wasn't anymore nail and my nail pad was hanging out. Drew blood several times and I am not sure that she understood what I asked at all. Told me it was going to be £25 and they ended up charging me £37 for a manicure that even I could do better. Do not go here. Overpriced, unprofessional, they will absolutely not listen to you.

   I had really Amazing experience here. The staff is so lovely and gives proper time on your services. The lady her name is Jass did my eyebrows so perfect that I never had them like this before in last 3 years. I can’t stop recommending this place. This is a worth trying.
