   As a chap with longer hair, I’d been looking for somewhere local that could deliver a great scissor cut, and Freddie absolutely knocked it out of the park. Super friendly, easy to chat with, and great hospitality throughout. This will definitely be my regular spot!

   The people cutting hair are nice but the hair cut was not good. I can't say how good they are at cutting woman's hair bust as far as men's hair they are not good. I asked for not much to be taken off of the top, my hair was about 4 inches of length in the front and is now less than an inch. The picture I showed was basically completely ignored and when I said about maybe not taking so much off of the top the lady just said "I know what I'm doing". Nice people, awful hair cut.

   I had a really awful experience, which I wasn’t expecting since I’ve been before with other barbers and they were great. I had a prepaid cut - wash and trim booked with Freddie. She rushed my cut when another customer walked in, she started conversation with the other customer and wasn’t even looking while she was cutting my hair I saw in the mirror. I had asked for a trim is all and she then asked if I had shaping which I said yes just a bit of shaping. When she finished the cut, I hadn’t been looking at the mirror since I’d had hair in my face and had been looking down when asked. It turned out she had cut more than half of the length of the shaping I had at the front off and very messily. It was choppy and didn’t look deliberate. She had also given me some layering that I hadn’t asked for at all and doesn’t look quite right with my curly wavy hair. She had also cut off my corners, a barber I went to at a salon to fix it told me. Which is a crazy mistake and something I had absolutely not asked for. When she was done she dried my hair a bit with a towel and then left me with it in a mess and got started with the other customer. I had to ask for a hairbrush to sort it out myself. Then I had to wait for her to stop talking to the other customer to ask for my hoodie back she had hung up. I am 17 and it was a prepaid cut so I feel like she thought it wouldn’t matter to rush me and do a choppy cut. I am actually scarred for life from this experience and am very scared to go to the hairdresser now. I’m really sad about the cut and I have to wait 6 months for it to get back to normal :/ The cut i had at this salon was in July and I wasn’t going to leave a review since I thought it could have been a bad day for Freddie and I was a bit late to the appointment and I don’t know who the other customer was. But after going for a cut to sort it out, the other barber told me just how awful Freddie had really done so I thought I should leave a review to let other people know in case the same could happen to them.

   I had an eyelashlift and tint a week ago and went back today to have a eyebrow tint and wax. The lovely Jessica carried out both procedures with professionalism and dedication making sure I was happy with the end result. All the staff at the salon are friendly and make you feel welcome. I will definitely be going back.
