   I am never one to complain and hate to do it, but just had my appointment cancelled an hour before I am due to have it when I am catching a flight that day!!! This was all because someone else has a wedding and they need their appointments and the other therapist hasn’t turned up, NONE of which are my issue! They should not be prioritising clients! Whatever my appointment was for, every client should be equal and receive the same treatment. Would not recommend as they are unreliable :(

   Been here twice so far, first time trying out BIAB nails and I’m so impressed. Abbie is lovely and welcoming and twice now have done my nails to a high standard. Can’t wait to return ☺️

   I’d love to have had a great outcome from my treatment and give a good review as this place is only 5 mins walk from my home and would have been very convenient. Unfortunately the results of my LVL lash lift were not as you’d expect. The top lashes do look great, but somehow the bottom lashes were folded up when covered and must have got perm on them as I noticed when i got home that my lovely long bottom lashes that were a perfect shape, were now folded and flicking up leaving me unable to put mascara on them. I don’t judge places on mistakes, my bottom lashes are long and quite fair so I thought as long as they sort it and are more careful next time, all would be well. But I called the morning after to discuss, was told they’d speak to a manager and all back. I didn’t receive that call back. I called again and left a message, again no return call. I then called again and spoke to the other girl that works there who said come in and they’d fix. Apparently they couldn’t re perm the bottom lashes to curl them back under but sent me away with a sachet of lamination serum, which as I expected did nothing. I spent 2 hours at the mirror trying to curl them back under (bearing in mind I’m 8 months pregnant so this was not comfortable) but in the end I had to cut my long lashes which I actually have to put expensive growth serum on to get them that length. I know human error can be made and I was very kind about it, I judge a place not on this, but on how problems are dealt with, this was not dealt with, I had to chase, multiple times and the outcome was me having to cut my lashes and they look a bit stupid now (not quite as stupid as folded and flicked) bit at least I can apply mascara now. Really disappointed with the outcome and paid £50 for this privilege.
