   Was a bit nervous as I'm still new to getting treatments done but it was such a welcoming place, all my questions were answered no judgement I love my nails and Daisy who did my full body wax was so nice and friendly and made me feel a lot more at ease as I was admittedly worried about it haha I didnt feel judged at all couldnt recommend this place enough

   Had a leg, underarm, and lip & chin wax. The beautician was really friendly and did a fantastic job, ensuring that even the little stubborn hairs were also removed with tweezers. The wax used left me less itchy than I normally get when being waxed and I think this was a combination of the wax and the beauticians technique. UPDATE: I now attend Body Image regularly for massage, facials, nails, eyelash lift & tint and waxing. The staff are always lovely and helpful and make my visits enjoyable. Further more I’ve had rotator cuff issues for month where I couldn’t move my shoulder and thanks to Lisa and hot stone massage I can finally reach up again. Abi recently did some amazing Christmas nail art for me that everybody is loving, especially me. Very friendly and helpful

   I had a massage yesterday with Lisa as I have been experiencing issues with my neck and back that was really painful. Lisa was professional, friendly and helpful. I’ve woken up today and the massage has definitely helped and I’m not in as much pain. I will be booking in again for another session. Thanks again ☺️

   45 min manicure completed in 30 mins. Felt rushed and whilst the Shellac polish and shape is fine, I don’t feel like I got the manicure described and as a result it felt overpriced.

   The best treatment I've ever had! I was completely transported in total relaxation for my massage and facial and would not change a thing! From the moment I came in I felt at ease and welcomed as I was consulted and asked about my preferences before the treatment, right up to the end when I was made a peppermint tea to take home with me. Could not ask for a better experience. I love this salon so much! Cannot wait to return! Thank you Sara!

   This is my second visit to Cocoon and first facial with Rachel. My only regret is it was too short! Next time I will book the Pro60 instead. Rachel was lovely and welcoming, the salon is so relaxing and I judge a treatment by my desire to go back. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Rachel x

   I absolutely loved my Nifty November treatments. Rachel gave me a really relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage then finished off with an amazing facial. My skin feels so soft and looks so refreshed. I’ve booked in again for January, cannot wait!
