   I have been a regular customer to this salon long before it became Hayley and when you took over this salon it certainly needed updating and you made it look very nice. But for the last few times I’m disappointed to see how dirty it has become every where, the floor and surfaces, which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the implements. A disappointed customer.

   Nails were okay the first two times, went yesterday though and this time was just awful. Paint chipping off already, each nail is a different shape, cuticles not dealt with, the overall look is just really bad to be honest. Equally when I’m sat getting my nails done, I am paying for your time so I don’t expect to constantly be left every time the phone rings or when you’re setting up another customer - I think it happened 5 times in this one appointment and I was only their for infills! Really unhappy.

   The nails turned out perfect, and the staff are so friendly and patient!! Good prices compared to other local nail places near me (£42 for these nails, normally I’d have to pay £50 or more at other salons). Thank you for my amazing nails!

   Very disappointed with my pedicure . Very unfriendly staff and rushed pedicure . Left to take nail separator off myself and paint chipped already . When I said I was disappointed was spoken too in a rude manner . Would not recommend and won’t be returning !

   Myself and sister go regularly to Baloo nails, we wouldn't go anywhere else! Hanh and her team are brilliant! They are friendly, professional and always do whatever we ask! They have an amazing range of colours and we always leave loving our nails!

   Hanh and her team are SO friendly and really chatty! She always remembers people and speaks to them using their names. She takes pride in her work and is a perfectionist in everything (including eyebrow waxing!!). I wouldn't go anywhere else, especially with the huge range of gel colours. I travel 3 miles to go to Hanah and I wouldn't have it any other way. They're perfect every time! X

   Have been going to Baloo for years- brilliant service. SNS nails are well done and couldn’t think of anywhere else to go. I’ve also had my lashes done at Baloo and they lasted over 5 weeks. Will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you to all the staff!
