impolite owner who overcharged us for a simple eyebrow tidy
I went in to get my toe nails painted before holiday and was immediately made to feel unwelcome. I was told she wasn’t sure she could do it as I didn’t book an appointment and it would cost £27! I chose the colour and the young girl started to paint my toes, she only did the first 2 big toes and started to put the things away. I said ‘aren’t you gone to do the other toes?’ She says, ‘you only said toes and not finger’ (pointing to my other toes). 1) Why would I only want 2 nails painted for £27 2) They are all toes NOT fingers 3) £27 was a waste of money and terrible job
Do not get your eyebrows threaded here! I have been going for year but the new staff doesn't know what they are doing. Even after I specifically said I wanted to keep my eyebrows bushy and to not change the shape, I ended up with butchered and awfully thin shaped eyebrows
Putting prices up which is unfair to the loyal customers that have been coming for years, simply not affordable and wife has to go elsewhere. Also why there is a £1 charge even if your spending over £5 when paying by card. Prices for threading need to be lowered and made affordable and worth it otherwise there will be a decline in customers.
