   I visited Andrea for the first-time last week for a facial, she is one of the few beauty therapists in Reading that provide ENVIRON facials as well as knowledge on ENVIRON products; so, I was extremely pleased to find that she was local. Andrea was immediately warm and welcoming, and as it was my first time with her, she asked me about my skin, the products I was using and what I was looking to achieve. What I really loved was that Andrea then proceeded to personalise my facial experience to my skin, she knew exactly what I needed and coming out of the facial I felt refreshed and glowing. Several days later, when further effects of the facial began to reveal itself, my skin cleared significantly and overall feels brighter and more hydrated. I would highly recommend Andrea Reid, I was delighted with my experience and my results, and I will most definitely be back to try more of the wide range of treatments she offers.

   I went to Andrea after a recommendation from a friend. Andrea made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my waxing sessions and managed to put me at ease during my first appointment when I was very nervous. She is so great that I travel home from university so I can have my waxing appointments with her rather than anyone else!

   I have been seeing her for many years now for various treatments. Andrea is very professional, friendly and puts you at ease, she's also very fun to talk to. I don't just feel like a client but also a friend. She offers such a wide range and is brilliant at all of them. She really is fantastic!!! Her beauty salon is lovely, it's clean and modern. I regularly see her for waxing and truly wouldn't go anywhere else now; she makes it as painless as possible (as much as waxing can be). She is extremely accommodating with booking but is very busy so booking is advisable. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!!
