I bought my dream car from Hendy, and can’t recommend highly enough. I had been searching for a long time, and spotted they had a Mustang model that looked to fit what I wanted. As soon as I contacted the team at Hendy, the service was excellent from start to finish. From the video run through of the car to the carefully planned route for the test drive, the service felt very personal at every stage. A very fair price for a car in fantastic condition, and great after sales service/follow up as well. No hesitation in recommending!
So this was the 2nd time I have purchased a Ford Mustang from Hendy Performance in Eastleigh and both times I've received fantastic service from John and the team. I previously had a GT which I took to them for all the routine servicing, paint inspections and MOT,. This time whilst I was there I ended up doing a deal on a used Mach 1! I picked up the vehicle the following week and Jack took me through the paperwork and the other bits quickly and efficiently before I headed off in the new car. If you are looking for a performance car or have a Mustang that you want someone who knows what they are doing to take a look at it for you, then I wholeheartedly recommend Hendy Performance.

A great car garage with a great team. I have now brought 2 cars from here and I have been looked after on both occasions by John and his team. Weather buying or servicing they are all brilliant. From Mustang to Lotus they know there stuff and have always been very helpfull. Both purchases I have made have been hassel free, and they have made buying cars from them a great experience.
Excellent experience buying a Lotus. Bought an Exige from John @ Hendy Performance recently. No pressure friendly informal sales approach from a business that is clearly run by car enthusiasts for car enthusiasts. He opened up when they were closed to accommodate the times I was able to visit, sent photo's of the car being cleaned and prepared and on the ramp for an alignment, superb service from start to finish. Showed me around the workshop even though it was closed to show me some of the interesting cars they had in the workshop and their facilities and future plans. If you are a performance car enthusiast, you are in safe hands here. Great service, professional, but not overly formal with it. Recommended.
It was very positive experience, customer service is perfect, in the moment when you arrived and you could see 5 Mustangs being serviced/fixed and few outside …. you know that this is the right place for yours. Recently I was asking about oil cooler as they might be some issues and Mustang owners panicking about it, don’t remember name of this gentleman but he found the time to call me and explain this to me not in just 2 words, we had long conversation. This garage will not rip you off, they will not force you anyhow to spend more money using your poor knowledge about your new car and always…. will find time to answer/clarify your doubts. Everyone is kind there and guys who will fix your car, their uniforms … are clean and tidy, so you no need to worry about your leather interior.
The guys here where fantastic when I took my car in to be upgraded to a higher teir performance package. The staff where friendly and the showroom is accomodating and comfortable. The only down side is that the parking can be difficult during busy times. There is not alot to do around this area though if your car is in the workshop.
