   My Daughter has now purchased 3 cars from Parkway, 1st car had a snapped clutch, 2nd broke down on the M3 within a year of purchase; so as a lone female, she was stranded on the hard shoulder for several hours awaiting recovery. Whilst this car was recovered to a garage, it was spotted by the owner of Parkway (whilst they were getting another of their cars repaired) and they offered to repair the car for half the quoted price. Whilst running up a bill of £1400, they still could not fix the fault. I accompanied my Daughter to Parkway, simply be a 2nd pair of ears and help advise her of her options. The salesman/owner turned to me abruptly asking me who I was and was then overly interested in my previous ICE car issues, which I felt was massively irrelevant, as I was solely there for my daughter. The gentleman continued to probe into what I was now driving and was quite offensive, telling me I had made a major mistake and I would regret leasing an Electric vehicle (EV). He continued to ask me more about MY EV and said he had never heard of the manufacturer BYD and where were their showrooms? I pointed out BYD's nearby showrooms are in Southampton and Basingstoke but couldn't see what this had to do with my Daughter's issues! I said as her Father, all I was hoping for was for them to offer her a comprehensive warranty so she had peace of mind but I just got more back chat about how limited their warranty really was. My daughter ended up with limited options and so purchased a NON-eco boost engined Ford (which is hard as they have a large number of Ford eco boost cars). I would simply advise you to Google 'Ford ECO BOOST engine problems' and see for yourself how unreliable they are and then make up your own mind about what car you should purchase.

   Parkway were brilliant, let us view the car in our own time, explained how everything worked then delivered our new car and took our part exchange cars away. They did all the paperwork so all we had to do was insure it and drive. A great firm to deal with.

   I would 100% recommend the guys at Parkway. They were very friendly and had great knowledge about the cars that they were selling. Great price ranges to suit all budgets. They are great are helping and making the process as easy as possible for customers in terms of payment, warranty, curtesy cars, and lifetime MOTs! Bought my car within minutes of talking to them and test driving the car and had everything sorted in no time.

   Always had a brilliant experience with parkway. I brought a car with them four years ago and then went back today to get a newer model. All the staff are so helpful and talkative, they are really helpful but also down to the point! The cars are brilliant and they have also been amazing with my Sorting out my MOT!    Parkway car sales was my first choice dealership to visit yesterday, straight away mark came out to offer his knowledge on the two cars we liked. Clive was very helpful while we were test driving the cars & the two Paul’s were amazing. They have a great range of cars! We left and had a look round a few other dealerships but none were as welcoming, friendly & had such a big range of cars as parkway so we decided to return today and buy our dream car! The whole experience was straight forward from start to finish. Everyone was lovely I’m so happy! Thankyou!

   So had the disco couple of weeks now, all is well so far. For its age, car is in amazing condition by previous owners. The guys there were very helpful and done a great deal for part exchange. Helped with sorting out any paper work. They showed me all the paperwork for the disco. Answered all my questions. I'd go to them again in the future. So I can't add another review, so I'll edit this one. So my car had a small issue. I called them and boom, they sorted it out with no hassle. Very quick to sort and done a great job. This garage is great and go out of there way to get it sorted. Thank you guys. Recommend to all.
