So slow its unreal, went in and it took 20mins to get some zip ties, thought it must be a 1 off and now I am sat here again waiting another 20mins and not even been spoken to. All I needed was some clutch fluid, service is terrible!

went to the derby store as we've been having problems elsewhere dealt with a guy called Mike, well he sold me what I wanted not what his computer said. The best service ive experienced at any minorfern store will definitely only be using them from now on
