   First took my car here after having to call the AA out for a low battery. The AA suggested I needed a new alternator. Upon calling this garage I was advised on the phone I doubt it’s the alternator with the mileage the car has done. They were absolutely right, the car required a new pulley. Saved me so much money. Very friendly and knowledgeable Mercedes specialists. Will always use this garage now, anything big or small. They are fantastic!

   Don’t bother wasting your time going anywhere else! Ash & Stu are both amazing, so friendly and knowledgable. They knew exactly what the issue was before even looking at it, had the parts there waiting and fitted them for me in 30 minutes, while another garage charged me labour just to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong with it! I will never take my car anywhere else. Thanks again lads ☺️

   These guys booked me in for a MAF sensor change. After the job was finished they discovered the soot levels in the DPF were too high. In many cases like this one would have needed a new DPF unit but they worked their magic and got the car to regenerate reducing the soot to an acceptable level. Saved me loads of money as this meant I could drive the car to France the following day instead of hiring one. Highly recommend.

   Just started using Bursledon Motors for my servicing. Stu and his team provided first class service from start to finish. They are keen to ensure that you only receive the work you actually need to avoid unnecessary expense, so you really feel like they have your best interests at heart. Their rates are competitive and the whole experience is superior to that of a main dealer in my opinion. I'll definitely be using them for all my future servicing and repairs. If you own a Mercedes and you are lucky enough to live close enough, I highly recommend that you do too. You'll also be supporting a local family-run business too.

   This is a really excellent garage - the 3rd I've tried since we got our mercedes. I have to travel quite a way to get there but it's well worth it. There's little they cannot do, they are familiar with all the models and all their niggly problems, and only charge for what really needs doing. They have even pointed out work that a main dealer has to do, and recommended how to get Merc UK to pay goodwill. By comparison another local non-main dealer specialist has broken things, charged for unnecessary work and not been truthful, and the main dealer hasn't been much better. Really good, helpful people and I'd recommend every time.

   No surprise this business already has 5 stars! I have used this business multiple times, they identified an ECU issue on a Mercedes CL in under 20 minutes! Last week I took an SLK in that had an issue no other garage could fathom out. Bursledon Motors identified the fault in no time and advised me on the best course of action. Customer service was great. If you have a Mercedes that is out of warranty, I wouldn't take your car anywhere else.

   This is the first time I have used Bursledon Motors for my Mercedes service as previously I always had a service plan from the Mercedes garage. I have to say how super impressed I am with the level of service and efficiency. The turnaround times at drop off and pick up were outstanding. Really friendly staff and great value pricing.
