I am so pleased with my nails and toe nails. A lovely lady called Charlotte did them in the Crowthorne salon. She was really down to earth, kind and knew exactly how I wanted them. She was really knowledgeable and made the whole experience perfect and even made me the perfect cup of tea! I’m looking forward to coming back again. Thank you x
Treated my wife to a manicure on Friday. She booked a shellac express which she was unaware didn’t include her cuticles. She is a nurse so her nails were short and needed hardly any shaping, so there was plenty of time to do cuticles. She offered to pay extra to have this included but was told there was no time, despite being seen 5 minutes late, only having 2 layers and the manicurist finishing earlier than her 30 minutes allotted time. It wasn’t the most relaxing experience as she said she felt awkward during the treatment - the manicurist begrudgingly trimmed one nail cuticle which was particularly bad. To top it off one nail has chipped 3 days post treatment. Really disappointed as usually loves going there.
I have been coming to Crowthorne Body Image since it opened and the girls are all absolutely lovely and always make me feel so welcomed. I wouldn’t get my nails done anywhere else! Thank you girls xx
I can’t recommend this salon enough. We booked a few months ago for my mum to have a massage and it was great. All the girls were lovely and very attentive. Despite the fact that my mum doesn’t speak English, they made the experience feel like a proper treat and made her feel really comfortable and relaxed the whole time. In her words “I don’t remember the last time that I felt so good and relaxed”. Would 100% recommend and it makes a great present too!
Omg the ladies were so lovely. I went to go and get my nails done for my besties wedding as part of her bridal party. From start to finish I was greeted by the professional and friendly ladies who all took the time to get to know me and ask me how my day was going and were genuinely interested and listened to what I had requested and fulfilled it beyond expectations. I learnt so much of how to take care of my own nails. They asked all the time if I was satisfied and if I was liking how and what they were doing. I am definitely coming back. Highly recommended for all those special occasions or just to pamper yourself and those closest to you they cater for all. I got to watch the bride get her nails done also as I like to paint other people's nails as a hobby and they were so happy to let me watch. They were so stunning. Done quickly and carefully. Thank you for topping and completing my day. I slept so well and felt so relaxed.
I was gifted a voucher for a pregnancy massage and I can honestly say it was a perfect experience from beginning to end! Simple online booking process with confirmation emails/texts, lovely staff and an amazing experience! My massage was with Charlotte S and I thoroughly recommend, she was brilliant! - I will definitely be visiting again!
Disappointed. Day before my holiday I had a Sienna X tan. Poor lighting in room, very patchy result. Returned to have more areas covered same day. Went on holiday looking patchy and fake. A few years ago I visited and the result was amazing, what happened! #poorfacilities #lackoftraining
I had the Elemis Rose Restore Full Body Massage with Molly today and it was a bliss. The most amazing and de-stressing experience thanks to Molly’s amazing skills and the relaxing zen music that was playing in the background. I will definitely be booking again soon!
Booked manicure with SnS French style and pedicure with Shellac. As soon as I arrived was told there wasn’t enough time for both. (I had asked was 2 hours enough as I had another appointment after). Shellac filed off and then big toes soaked for 10 mins extra. But wasn’t finished until 1 hour 35 mins later! £46 way too expensive usually pay £25 (including removal). Will not be returning.
This was my first visit here for a pedicure, will definitely be going back again. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Mel who done my treatment was excellent and made me very relaxed. She done a great job.
