   I have just started coming to this salon after a chance walk in visit with my mum one day. The ladies are really welcoming and friendly, and so funny. I’ve never enjoyed a nail appointment so much! I’ve been back again and have been really happy with my nails both times (gel), the colour lasted well and they do not file aggressively like some salons. I am so glad I’ve found this salon and I will definitely be going regularly now!

   Had to go back to nail saloon, as acrylic was sharp and lifting off nail, I said I had it done 3 days ago by the nice lady over there , they rectified it . Went back a month later, the lady who originally did the nails blanked me, and they all spoke in their own language. Went last week, the man did my nails, told him they weren’t the same size, now they are rough and lifting , and different widths and lengths . Not going back , very frosty atmosphere if you complain

   I’ve been coming to Perfect Nails for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are so lovely, friendly, and always happy to help. They really take the time to make sure everything is perfect, and my nails always look amazing and last brilliantly. Such a welcoming salon with excellent service every single visit – highly recommend!

   Absolutely shocking nails and nasty and aggressive if you ask them to correct anything. I got my nails done here for the first time 2 weeks ago. My natural nails were strong and healthy, but I had broken one doing renovations so I decided to get acrylics as I was going on holiday. The acrylics looked ok, not the best, but were lifting after only a couple of days. Within a week I had lost two nails (only sitting by the pool, not doing anything extreme) and my natural nails underneath were paper thin from being over drilled . I needed my nails done for a second holiday today, and decided to go back as it was convenient. This time I had the man - he did the French tips so messily and badly. I tried to ask him to correct it, but he said what I wanted would look bad, and he said whoever did my french before did them bad (it was salon who did them!). When I left I released there was gel polish leaking all over my cutical and skin, and white polish all over my skin, as well as the French being messy at the side of my nails and my natural nail exposed at the sides. When I went back in to ask them to fix it he said I am too fussy, and that it’s not possible to paint the side of the nails. I told him I do french on myself and it is possible. He told me to do my own nails next time. He was so unecessarily rude and defensive. I was not complaining at all, I just wanted my nails to be corrected. They have lost a customer with that attitude. Find a salon that take pride in their work and treat customers with respect, and that treat your natural nails with care.

   They were amazing today and so friendly. I was up visiting my Dad so not we’re I normally go and my nails were in a bad state and sore I wanted the acrylics taken off and just Painted to give them a rest. I didn’t have a appointment and they fitted me in . I won’t be going back to wee I normally go back home anymore. When I’m back visiting my Dad I will definitely be booking a appointment. Thank you guys xx

   I don’t usually post negative reviews of small businesses unless the service is really bad, but I do feel it’s unfair people waste their hard earned money. Pedicure was not very thorough, my feet don’t feel like they usually do. My nails were filed far too thin. Felt rushed and as though I was inconveniencing them, even though I was the only person in there. By the time I got home 2 nails had bent and gel Polish cracked. I asked them twice to file down the spills around the sides which they half heartedly did one and then said it’s fine. I’ve had to cut off all my nails and trim right down which is upsetting, file the spills myself but worse I’ve wasted £50 and now need to go else where to get it all done again!

   I've just come out of having my nails done here, and I must say, I thought it was great! I was sat down within 5 minutes of walking in (without a booking) and was served by one of the sisters who own it. She chatted to me the whole way through, asking about my family & what I had planned for my week off. Probably one of the friendliest nail places I've ever been to. Was very reasonably priced (£25 for acrylic infills & shellac colour) and the finished result looks gorgeous! Hot pink. I will definitely be recommending to friends & family

   Went to get a shellac manicure and pedicure (£55 worth of services) and I was rushed, made to feel unwelcome, legs bent in all sorts of weird ways because I’m tall. Nail technician demanded I held my leg in the air for 5 minutes without any support. Not being funny but I’m there to get a pedicure not to take a yoga class. Every other salon has managed! The two sisters that were working there were rude and argued constantly and my treatment was interrupted whenever the phone rang which is fine but at least tell me you’re sorry and you’ll be back with me rather than slamming my foot back down in to the foot bath and huffing at me when the water splashed. They even had the audacity to tell another customer that her feet were dirty. Lack of attention to detail- didn’t cut my cuticles and polish over spilled onto my skin. First and last time I’ll use you. Literally horrendous.
