   Absolutely shocking customer service from the parts department ordered a simple coil spring 5 days ago for the mechanic to then go pick up today to be told it’s been sold to someone else!!! Been told what is it you want me to do he shouldn’t even be dealing with the customer of the car as I’m not “trade” and that the manager won’t even “entertain” this conversation yet my car has been up on the ramps for 5 days and now to be told there’s nothing they can do bar get the coil spring in for tomorrow either like it or lump it basically!!! He said maybe I should’ve took payment yet no consolation to me with the car still on the ramp!!!

   Poor communication/ organisation ordered coil spring that was not available in aftermarket for a 2018 a4 waited 4 days for it to come in rang up they sold to someone else guy on phone in derby branch(not reuban) told me to calm down as he was doing me a favour absolutely shocking service ordered on 3.pm 22nd april now on 26th waiting for management to call back. do not rely on t.p.s ive learnt the hard way and have to explain to my customer once again I have no parts for their car. I strongly advise independent garages to try every other place before using these as it seems unless u are a huge franchise they have zero time for your pennies

   Absolutely amazing place , staff are friendly and patient to sort parts out. It's closed due to Covid, all transactions including payment done over the phone . Much recommended
