   I'd like to share my experience with Nippon Auto. Due to an error on my part, I bought the incorrect engine for my vehicle (originally bought it through Ebay). We had some issues shipping it back, but these guys held the correct engine for me for literally months while we got the shipping squared away. Never charged me any additional handling fees or anything of that nature and stayed true to the original quote they had given me for the new engine, despite a price increase over that time period. Overall one of the most impressive and genuine engine import/export companies I have ever dealt with. Thanks guys. Take care.

   Couldn't recommned these guys highly enough. They are fast, efficient and know they're stuff. Very knowledgeable and have lots of good adivce on Japenese parts generally. We needed a whole new transmission for our Toyota noah and without their guidance and help it all would have taken much longer. There prices made a terrible situation better. Thanks guys!

   Nissan 370z. Repaired May 2022. Well first of all, I am absolutely buzzing I found this company... My car went bang one afternoon and after investigating it needed a full engine, a new clutch kit and flywheel. Not great news as you can imagine. Started to have a look around to source a new engine and get it installed. I was getting quoted some eye watering amounts, so bad that it was almost unfeasible to get the repair done. Anyway I looked around and came across Nippon. I called them, and as soon as I heard the phone menu I felt better about the situation. Professional menu that doesn't send your round the houses before someone answers. Good start. Spoke to their office staff, all very professional and very helpful. I explained the situation to them and they gave me a price for a new engine and install over the phone. Both the cost of the engine and the install were very very good. The best I'd found. They came and collected my car the following Friday and took it back to their garage. Repairs were completed within 2 weeks (would have been faster but new parts were added along the way and delivery delayed finish date, all perfectly acceptable). I was updated along the way and informed of any new developments and how I wished to proceed. All explained very clearly and I didn't feel forced into buying extras I had no clue about. Upon collection, the owner kindly came and picked me up from the train station and we drove back to garage. Now I bought this car 4 years ago and I can tell you it has never been this good to drive. I wasn't expecting an improvement just more of the same, but they have done such a good job sorting it out, it drives better than I even knew it could. Suffice to say I will not be selling it now. I got 3 months warranty on all parts and labour so got peace of mind whilst I put some miles on it. Thanks very much to Matt and his team for taking this headache away and giving me something back that was even better than before. Nippon is a family based company and should hold its head high for the level of service and quality of work it provides its customers. I'd 100% recommend. Cheers everyone involved!

I am from out of town, found a hard to get part for my import within the hour and called me to collect. Wonderful, buy with confidence, explain what you need, leave the rest to these boys.
