Amazing! Friendly staff, delicious food, nice atmosphere. Chilled music and not too loud. Much better than the chain coffee shop experience. Highly recommended.

Myself and my partner visited this lovely little cafΓ©/brunch place for breakfast in February (2025) while staying in Aberdeen and it was wonderful. You could tell it is a favourite place of locals of all ages whether that be students or retired people meeting for a chat and that all the staff were proud to work there just by the friendlies and camaraderie that showed between them when working despite it being busy. My partner who is pescatarian (vegetarian + fish) went for the veggie breakfast which consisted of beans, hash browns, egg and bread and I went for the avocado on toast served with tomatoes and feta cheese over the top. Both meals were high quality and tasted fresh and set us up for the day to explore Aberdeen. My only regret is that I didn't have the apple pancakes which sounded amazing but I didn't want to have much sugar at that time and unfortunately we didn't have time the next day for me to come back and try them. The pricing was reasonable for this sort of food, your standard Β£10-15 per meal that is common in a lot of places now. Next time I am in Aberdeen we will be coming back!

What a lovely cafe! We came here for brunch twice, after reading reviews when we visited Aberdeen. The vibe and atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Staff is awesome. One of the best coconut milk flat whites I had! Took second one take away each days! Turkish egg sandwich was delicious. My nephew loved the toasties and the cakes. Cute little art corner where you get can drawing stuff to draw / paint while youβre there.

The new location of Second Home, it's got the wonderful spirit still. Good food, with a lot of vegetarian options and vegan labelled. Competitive prices and a great option for those looking for a late breakfast, brunch or lunch. Wish they'd bring back the bagels, but everything is wonderful - friendly and helpful staff too. Art supplies are available if you want to spend some time getting arty!

I visited for their Aberdeen Restaurant Week 2024 (Jan/Feb) deal which included an open toast, a hot drink and an "art project" for Β£15. The Open Toasts are delicious, highly recommend the Turkish Eggs. For our art project we were asked what level of art we were at, and ended up with Air Dry Clay which we were pleased with! I made a wee trinket dish. Having a place like this in Aberdeen that is a CafΓ© that serves delicious food and drinks as well as encourages your creative side is amazing!

My favourite cafe in Aberdeen, no competition. Kirsty and the team have created a really special creative space, perfect for everything from a bit of work to catching up with friends. They do an excellent selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options (including always having a GF cake, and sometimes making it specially because they know I'm about!). A real community feel to it, running classes alongside the cafe element. There is ample seating, including outside and it's dog friendly as well. Very reasonably priced and an absolute bargain in comparison to most other cafes in the area. 10/10, can't recommend enough.

Lovely little cafe, with art covered walls and scrumptious food. I had the breakfast essentials with extra haluomi and bacon. Enjoyed breakfast with our family, nice relaxed atmosphere. Very helpful staff

Lovely cafe with a few vegan choices as well as cakes. I had stone fruits crumble pancakes and a coffee. The pancakes were alright, but honestly I felt there was no βwowβ feeling. The portion is not big, but reasonable for the price. The staff are friendly and the atmosphereβs quite cosy with cute pink colour.

Loved this spot, had to do some writing on my laptop and it was a really relaxing place to work. The barista was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great coffee spot in Aberdeen

Lovely little local cafe. The food, coffee and cakes are delicious and they cater for both vegan and non vegan personnel. Not only that but it is served up by really friendly staff. They also encourage creativity and have loads of art supplies lying around for you to express yourself with. I drew this questionable picture here while waiting for my meal and had a great laugh while doing it. Top place!
