   The coffee is delicious. The service is fantastic. Highly recommended. I ordered a selection of coffee online during a mad rush for James Hoffman's decaf tasting selection. There was a small error made with my order but this was rectified very quickly. Communication from the team was excellent. Support local business!

   Really nice wee place. The staff were friendly, attentive, and the spicy fish tacos and apricot scones were awesome. The coffee was pretty good too! Would defiantly recommend, and go back!

   Busy with nice ambience. Liked the shabby chic look. But all that I ordered came in small portions - three little pancakes, perhaps half a sliced pear and a little chocolate sauce, with a squirt of cream. And the coffee came in a very small glass... really could have done twice the amount (with the mix altered accordingly). All very lovely but just not enough - especially for the price. I'm all for supporting local businesses but I can't justify spending £11 for some pancakes and a very small coffee.

   Big bear breakfast was delicious as was the porridge. Good sized portions, well presented and piping hot. Little things like having the toast up on its side so it doesn’t get soggy makes a difference and getting perfectly poached eggs made my day. We had a variety of types of coffee, there’s something to suit all tastes.

   Popped in for a takeaway as they don't allow dogs (which seems very much a missed opportunity in a ramblers setting). Coffee good but in the tiniest of cups.

   A welcome revisit to the cafe in our local village which has been open during the pandemic only for takeaways but now John has opened up again for the unique meals served up here , I had the black pudding,pork and apple burger with a wonderful flat white . It was such a nice meal that really hit home how we've missed eating out over the last year.
