   Supplied me a reconditioned ford transit engine that was faulty with immediate affect Leaking oil from various places one of them being sump another being a crank seal. After contacting them they told me its not there problem and to take it up with a company called ivor searle . I bought the engine from Ford and payed Ford not once did I hear about ivor searle if I did I would of researched and steered clear, multiple easily 10 bad reviews on engines they've supplied and nothing but horror stories even mentions of ford's parts plus in the reviews So ivor searle say its a warranty claim which is incorrect as It was faulty from the get go I've been in the motor trade since 2007 and this is the most horrific example of how buisness works We payed for a reconditioned working 0 mile engine now the best ivor searle can do is offer some more China gaskets and Ford parts plus are having nothing to do with the faulty engine We are now over 3000 pound and 8 miles and it's leaking worse than ever and the van is out of action for the foreseeable future Steer clear from Ford parts plus sho have completely tried to pass all blame and liability onto ivor searle who Ford gets there faulty engines from Will it get resolved or will this get messy?

   If only all parts departments could be like this! I phoned up and they had the parts I needed and were ready for me when I walked through the door! Customer Service was fantastic I'm only asshamed that I haven't used them sooner!
