Very disappointing experience. The food was satisfactory, however the service was by far the worst I have ever experienced in Costa Coffee. I have been a customer for the past 25 years and today all three employees appeared detached and completely disinterested in providing even the most basic level of customer service. (Sunday 5th October, 4:15pm)
This busy cafe located by main entrance at Union Square Shopping Centre serves very good coffee and nice blueberry muffins. Service very quick, seating area is comfortable. Atmosphere ok.
Always exceptional service. Can I give a shout out to a BM named Ethan. His manner and customer service are to be commended. This store is always maxed out with customers yet they do a remarkable job. Thanks
A very kind staff member cass made my coffee knew how I liked it
I ordered coffee not to take away, but I got it in a paper cup. This is not the first time this has happened. To my remark, they asked if I would be happy to drink from a paper cup. When I refused, they made a displeased face. They gave out a cold drink with some caustic tone. First of all, I get a bad feeling on my lips from paper, I just can't stand it. Secondly, the customers pay the money and must get what they expect without further comment. And if mistake of stuff, it would be nice to apologize as well.
One of the staff was unfriendly and refuse to heat up the croissants however other branches do. The coffees were not as taste as usual they were not delicious as costa coffee used to. I will not back here again.
Ordered a toblerone hot chocolate and a decaf latte with oat milk. Always a busy costa coffee and never had any issues here before However on this occasion I had to repeat myself to the girl several times as she kept forgetting what I had ordered. The drinks were lukewarm. I double checked with the barista to ensure the latte was decaf - thankfully it was. It’s a shame we didn’t have to run for our bus and they didn’t have a big queue, otherwise I’d have requested our drinks to be made hotter!
A nice, easy stop at the shopping center attached to the train station. The service was fast which is what I needed in order to catch the train. The sweets were ok, but they were nothing too special. They were what would expect. Overall, a fast stop with friendly service.
Had a wonderful time here. The staff were quick to serve us in such a friendly manner. It’s also a great people watching spot!!
