   I found Ali on Google after searching high and low for a sugaring place near Bucks. I was pleased when I came across Ali’s salon and have not looked back. Ali is very professional and loves what she does and there is no question about it. The setup that she’s got in the salon is really the best I’ve seen - it’s squeaky clean, neat, and easy to feel comfortable in. I like the skylight just above the waxing bed where you can get a good view as Ali does her thing! One can tell that she has taken the time and patience to build her brand, and she’s so humble. Ali is a great conversationalist, and is passionate about her craft and her other endeavours. I like the chats we have, it takes the mind off things and I take that time just for myself as self care. Other sugaring salons in London offer hefty rates, which may be ok for some but for those who are looking for a quality and comfortable experience plus decent rates, I would say that the journey to Reading makes it worthwhile (if you’re able to make the journey, that is). The neighbourhood where the salon is based is quiet and pretty so it feels almost like a retreat. It’s great that Ali has a clientele who are loyal and willing to travel just to have their sessions with her. I can go on but I’m totally sold on sugaring and will only come back to Ali for future sessions!

   I have always waxed but THIS method is the one. Its just as quick but its virtually pain free- seriously! Ali is so lovely and made me feel totally at ease. Her studio is clinically clean and she's very professional with great chat! I had my upper lip, underarms, half leg and Brazilian done in about 90 minutes because I did have some stubborn hair but Ali gives a thorough service and I did not flinch once- waxing does not compare to this or at least not to Ali's technique! I Highly recommend.

   First appointment today, couldn't recommend Ali highly enough- my underarms are so smooth now I am never going back to shaving or hair removal cream! I had booked for full leg but Ali only did half as she felt my thighs didn't need it, this is so rare in my experience and I am so impressed that I've already booked to go back again for my next session. If you're looking for a longer term hair removal then look no further!

   I've been to Ali 4 times now and will definitely keep going back. I tried half a dozen waxing places in Andover, Basingstoke, Newbury, and Salisbury and none were very good so tried sugaring with Ali. Much less painful than waxing, no ingrown hairs, and the recovery time is much faster. On top of the exceptional service, Ali is just a bloody good person who puts you at ease and makes you comfortable for the duration. Would definitely recommend.

   My first experience with sugaring as an alternative hair removal treatment to waxing and I can happily say I'll be booking my regular appointments with Ali going forward. Ali is fantastic. She is professional, gentle and thorough and while sugaring isn't painless, it is definitely more bearable than most of the waxes I've had over the last 20 years. Would definitely recommend Sugaring by Ali.

   Ali, firstly my apologies it has taken me so long to write this review following my sugaring, I have been insanely busy but my experience with you was so positive, I was determined to take my time and write a proper review rather than rushing. Premises: My experience was excellent, the premises was hygienic, comfortable and clean, with off-site parking on a nearby road. The therapist: Ali herself is so professional, patient, polite and thorough. She takes pride in her work and sugared my legs, underarms and bikini line, quickly, painlessly, efficiently and paid so much attention to detail. The sugaring itself was not very painful, far less painful than waxing and it actually felt kind of good as I felt I was getting an exfoliating treatment too! The results: The most important bit! It's been about 3 weeks since my appointment and my legs are still relatively smooth! I am a very very hairy asian lady and haven't ever seen such longevity with waxing or shaving, so for me this is a game changer! I'm absolutely delighted with my results and don't think I can ever go back to waxing or shaving again! Would I recommend? Absolutely. I rate Ali's business a 10/10 for professionalism, value for money and delivering outstanding results. I live in Slough but the journey to Reading to receive this service is undoubtedly worth it! See you again in 1-2 weeks Ali :)

   I booked in for a facial but felt like I had a spa day! The facial was amazing but Alison also included a face, neck, shoulder and arm massage whilst the mask was setting. It felt such a luxurious experience and my face is now glowing. Will definitely be booking in for regular facials! Can’t recommend Alison enough.

   I had my first sugaring experience today with Ali and it was great! I was immediately at ease and felt comfortable with Ali and her calming presence. She was knowledgable and the attention to detail was great - even with those stubborn hairs! The process was explained step by step and it was so much less painful than ‘traditional’ waxing. I will definitely be back to continue my sugaring journey, thank you Ali! ☺️
