   Derby Auto Salvage are not trust worthy. Requested for a door, I was contacted by them. I was informed they had a door, to with I asked some questions and was informed there was no mirrow. I told the guy I needed a full door. He did some price adjustment and I was charged £200. I was informed delivery would be done by DHL in two days. Turned out that was not true. I phoned them and the guy I spoke to said " it is not the end of the world", as I was unhappy with the lies. I resolved the delivery issue with the delivery company. What I received was a door shell with broken mirror. I phoned them to bring this to their knowledge, but was told another lie. They claimed I was informed and misunderstood them. The guy said all I needed to do, was " take the door to the garage, and have them transfer every thing to the door shell. It is unfortunate that they do not have any customer service knowledge, and are the worse to deal with.

   I needed a full set of seats for my honda Jazz. They sent them up, to Scotland. By courier. They arrived better seats than I had. Excellent price and in great condition. Very happy with my purchase.

   Don’t order any parts from them. They don’t care customers. Always their response is will check and call you back. But never ever calling back. Answering different person and always ball passing to each others. I ordered (through “parts gateway”) 03 oct 2025 and till 21 oct 2025 order not received. After contacting them they saying drama. DHL have issue and its there make a mistake and its there delay. But i called to DHL and saying they didn’t got package from them. Finally they refused to pay refund and resend item. Then i contacted my bank and open Dispute with them. Through that way only i got a refund. They doing big scam and don’t waste your time and money. Few times after telling my name and order number disconnected phone line also. This is live experience and never used them to order parts. @Derby Auto If you argue with my truth, i will attach all proof of screen shots here. Thanks

   It was very bad service provided by you because you sent me broken part and then you said you can send it back on your own money and it cost around 25 pound and I don’t want to spend 25 pound because of your mistakes. I’ll not buy anything from you now.

   Avoid at all cost !! Stole my money. I ordered and payed for parts from them and it later turned out they don’t have what I payed for so instead of refunding me as they promised they were ghosting me for 4days - finally said they can’t refund because their account is suspended and told me to get refund from my bank. Absolutely disgusting.

   Broke a couple of month in derby needed a gearbox change. Went breaker link to order a gearbox. Came across derby autos and gave them a call. The chap on the phone was brilliant and told me about everything I needed to know. Got the gearbox taken off on the same day which was brilliant and saved me a lot of time just had to pick it up. Fantastic service and car runs smooth. The chap even told me great garages near by to get the gearbox fitted. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for Japanese parts
