   I have been going to Caroline for waxing for the past year or so now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! She always welcomes me in and puts me at ease straight away, very professional, highly experienced and very friendly. The wax used at the salon is a high quality peel off one and it doesn't hurt like the more commonly used 'strip wax' at other salons. Caroline and Charlotte are a fab team!

   A really lovely welcoming environment for anyone who needs a bit of pampering, which in this current environment is really all of us, isn't it? I always feel so peaceful and rested coming here. Highly recommended. I come here for my eyebrows (wax and tint) and after trying several different locally places, this is the one I have stuck with. Also their online booking system makes everything a lot easier. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I've just received a notification asking me "has this place changed" and prompting me to update my review, but I don't really have anything to add other than that I'm very glad to still be coming here regularly and very much looking forward to having them do my eyebrows and nails for my upcoming wedding. In the time I've been coming here I've been served by both Caroline and Charlotte (across a range of treatments) and find them both absolutely lovely, highly skilled, and very easy to get on with.

   I cannot rate this business highly enough. I am a frequent customer for male waxing, my last visit was today, May 10th. Caroline is so professional and caring, minimising any slight discomfort that may occur. She is very chatty, puts you at ease straight away and even though I make a round trip of over 60 miles to her salon, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 10 STARS from me!

Her wealth of experience always shines through.... she provides such a thorough treatment and her techniques are fabulous at giving you such a smooth result (and it’s not too painful!) Her attention to detail is second to none and she will always do her utmost to tailor the treatment to the result you require. The spray tans are also amazing. Would highly recommend.
