   I went to thatcham nails and beauty expecting to come out happy however I was very disappointed with their service. I asked for medium length acrylics with an almond shape. After walking out realised they are lumpy, very thick and wonky. The staff were lovely but the gentleman I had was rushing and you can tell this just by looking at my nails. I’m very disappointed and definitely not worth the £35 (even tho it said £28 on the board) I will not be returning again.

   Have been once before and it was so good, unfortunately this time wasn’t, I asked regarding nail art I had seen & if they could do it, they said yes they could so went for it, unfortunately after the nail art was painted on 1 hand (no top coat or anything), they were not good, I didn’t want to walk around with my nails so bad so I said that it wasn’t good (I even asked the technician on the next station & he agreed) so I asked for it to be taken off and just paint plain, I was then berated for not speaking up sooner & that what I wanted looks good on a longer nail mine were not short but not massively long i did say that I asked if what I wanted could be done before starting & that I didn’t think it would finish up that bad but it honestly looked awful, the technician next to mine then started to talk about it to there customer, I felt extremely embarrassed & uncomfortable & was wishing that I hadn’t said anything, no one should b made to feel that bad my technician then proceeded to take the art & all the varnish off with the drill tool & was extremely rough buffing, she then slapped 1 coat of paint on and I was apparently done, my nails are left extremely uneven with lumps (tried to capture in the thumb photo) and still white nail varnish around the edge! I felt so uncomfortable I paid the original price quoted & left as I just wanted to get out of the shop honestly should improve their customer service such a shame as I have only just started to get my nails done and wanted it to be a regular thing and this salon was very convenient.

   Best manicures I've ever had and I didn't feel rushed like I would in other salons. The decor was relaxing, calming and the cleanliness was impeccable. They pay a lot of attention to detail as well. Will definitely be recommending this business to all my friends and getting back there myself ASAP!
