   Wow… what can I say. This salon exceeds all expectations and is the best mani/pedi with BIAB I have ever had (even better than top London salons). The nail artists here are exactly that, they are artists! The care, safety, precision and talent they constantly exhibit is worth absolutely every single penny and the salon owner Annie is so kind, caring and customer focussed. Thank you all so much, it is worth the 40 minute round trip to have my nails done (that’s how good they are!!)

   I went to get a eyelash lift last week and i was confident that i would get a great eyelash lift, I usually don’t go here apart from getting my ears pierced but thought I would try somewhere else as where I typically go was booked up. When i saw my eyelash lift initially I thought it was fine, I’ve had a better eyelash lift before and higher which is what a eyelash lift is meant to be especially because my eyelashes are longer and heavier and thicker. I saw the end of my eyelashes were angeles down abit but I left it. Throughout the day my right eyelash increasingly got lower. I called Annie the owner and she was rude, I expressed I wasn’t happy with them and that I Wanted it to be higher and done again but she said no. I am the customer and I have paid If i’m not happy I should have something done. She said it would ruin my eyelashes, however at my other place when i’m not happy they will do it again and my eyelashes are fine and I am happy. So I know it is possible to do them again but she refused and said they were fine and she wouldn’t do anything about them in a blunt tone. My mother and the lady I usually go to where shocked I got talked to like this by Annie. Over the course of the few days I haven’t got them wet or anything and they have gone almost completely down especially my right eyelash. It was a waste of money and I shouldn’t be spoken to like that. She said they will last a few weeks they definitely will not!

   Just wanted to thank you so much Annie and her team for such a fabulous morning with my Mum for an early Mother's Day treat. From the warm greeting as we arrived, right through to the moment we left, we had a fantastic time. My Mum had her ears re-pierced as she hadn't put any earrings in for years so we had them re-done, which was a great experience and they look gorgeous. We then had a lovely Mum and daughter manicure with glasses of bubbly and a great chat with the girls who were looking after us. What a lovely business, nothing was too much trouble and I can't thank you enough. You made it a very special, memorable occasion.

   I have been going to the beauty box for several months and it’s just great. The whole team are so warm and welcoming. Great atmosphere and lovely surroundings. Ashley looks after me!! and my nails beautifully! My Companion in Life and I have been have a tough time with illness and a flooded lounge! After talking about it to Annie, she insisted on setting up the most wonderful facial and an hours relaxation for us both -no charge - with a glass or two of bubbles. She just wanted to make us feel better. If you want to feel cared for and nurtured and get an excellent treatment this is the place to go, it gets 10 stars from us ..
