She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed, and took extra time to understand my skin type and offer thoughtful recommendations. The entire team are friendly and welcoming, and you truly feel like you’re stepping into a luxury pampering experience. I couldn’t recommend Beauty at No.9 enough!

My 11 year old daughter had her ears pierced here. She was looked after so well and made to feel grown up and in charge. Sarah was patient and kind, took her time placing where the earrings would go, checking that both myself and my daughter were happy. Would recommend.

I’ve just had my ears pierced at Virgo. The salon has managed to create a very safe and welcoming environment. My therapist took the time to accurately measure place my piercing perfectly. I was lucky enough to be gifted a voucher for Virgo Beauty in Goring so I immediately booked in for a much-needed massage & it was the most wonderful experience! Outside it was pouring with rain but Virgo Beauty has a lovely warm, welcoming, calming ambiance that I immediately loved. The massage was second-to-none with blissful aromas, relaxing music and just the right amount of pressure. I almost fell asleep! I came out beautifully relaxed and walking on air - I will definitely be back, thank you!
I took my 10 year old daughter to have her ears pierced and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. Sarah talked her through the whole process and was kind and calming throughout. We chose some lovely, good quality earrings and Sarah took the time to ensure everything was perfect from start to finish, including a thorough explanation of after care.
