   I've had many massages over the years, but none have come close to the one I had with Victoria. From the very beginning, it was clear she’s highly experienced and truly knows what she’s doing. She found knots and areas of tension that others have completely missed, and the way she balanced the entire massage made the experience feel incredibly thorough and intentional. What really stood out was how precise and in-tune she was every movement had a purpose, and I left feeling relaxed, restored, and genuinely cared for. This wasn’t just a massage, it was a full-body reset. I can’t recommend Victoria enough! Thank you

   Had a lovely experience today at Elixir. Beautiful,natural looking eyebrow microblading by Angela and eyelash extensions by Olivia. First time I have ever had this done. Very friendly, relaxed,helpful staff and also had a good giggle,which helps. Am so happy. Thank you so much. See you soon.

   Do Not Go Here. I’m a fairly light blonde, I specifically told the lady I don’t like my eyebrows dark, I’ve walked out and they are BLACK. The other member of staff then proceeded to tell me “she isn’t even qualified in eyebrows I don’t know why she done them” They should have definitely told me that she doesn’t do eyebrows BEFORE she ruined my face. To make things worse she even got tint in my hair…. The whole process was completely unprofessional, I look hideous and I’m completely outraged. There not even either. Do not bother with this salon. After communicating I was unhappy the salon also refused to give a full refund insisting they were lovely. They look like big massive dark sludge across my face and my blonde hair is not tinted as shown. Completely unprofessional again to take accountability saying they was wrong and still not offer a full refund for the service.

   Elixir have been absolutely amazing in helping me in my self-confidence journey. I regularly come in to have my lashes done, but last year started treatments to start defining my chin. Angela has been amazing and very informative of the process - I’d never had treatments done before, so talked me through what they did, how they worked and was clear about how long I would need the treatments for. I’m very impressed with this place - the results have been great! Even outside of getting treatments, I enjoy popping in regularly as part of my little self-care routine to get my lashes or brows done. Thank you❤️

   I cannot recommend Angela and her team enough. Having recently moved to the area I was looking for someone that I could trust. Both Angela’s knowledge on the treatments they provide is detailed, they won’t push a treatment on you if you don’t need it and they make the whole experience comfortable and welcoming. Great ladies and I now have great brows and lashes which I love. Go see them you won’t regret it…..

   Walked in this afternoon and Ellie you are a super star apprentice, you had a beautiful smile and a lovely welcome I hope some day I will be your client! Angie the owner is as professional as it gets. You made me feel at ease as it was my first time having microbladng done. Your standards are very high especially hygiene, your knowledge the treatments and customer service. I ended up getting my lashes done as well. I felt and looked the business. If you are a person of colour, please pop in because Angie knows what she is doing.Thank you.

   After not getting into my regular salon in London, I found Elixir on Treatwell and I am glad I did. Lovely experience start to finish! Even though I was the very last booking of the day they offered me a welcome tipple and we had a lovely chat. The salon is beautifully decorated with lovely touches all over. I was walked through every step of the process and really felt the treatment was suited to my needs/eye lash amount. My lashes look the best they have in ages but the whole experience of going to the Elixir ladies is what makes it.

Was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the second I stepped through the door, Angie talked me through each stage and made sure I was happy/okay with everything throughout the treatments. My lashes are amazing! Couldn’t recommend ELIXIR more :)

   Just had my lashes infilled with Angie today and they are stunning, I love them! Came in a couple of weeks ago to get lashes for the first time before a holiday to Greece and not only did I get so many compliments but they lasted through swimming multiple times a day, the heat and all my sunscreen so well. Angie is so lovely and I’m very excited to book in for micro blading very soon. Can’t wait to see the upcoming shop when it opens in Tilehurst ☺️
