Was NOT told I had to wait for my food at the counter and came back 5 minutes later so find some customer with a hacking cough stood right in front of it. Covid in time for Christmas. No thanks.
I am a regular customer at first they had high standards now especially hotchocolate feels like water with chocolate IDK nowadays so disappointing but latte is fantastic. I believe they will provide good hotchocolate in coming days.
Absolutely fantastic customer service from the staff member who served me. She was serving alone with no help. What an absolute star of a employee you have there. DO NOT LET HER LEAVE! What a advocate of what your coffee needs. Apologetic of the wait i had but made sure I left with a smile on my face. What better customer service can you ask for?
Arrived at counter and the staff were chatting, and they did not stop and ask for my order. Very poor service; I walked away and won't be back.
Great place to get your daily essentials coffee needs ☕ if visiting during Christmas have a look at the seasonal specials. Eg: Toblerone hot chocolate etc.
It's my favourite place and I often visit this place. It's sometimes very busy but very practical place, because I love Costa ;) Couldn't be more sitting area because yes sometimes you have no place for sit. Coffee always good and same as some sandwiches too. Also I love cakes, best one is carrot cake haha, but of course is good to try something new too much.
