   Service is fine, but it seems they double-booked us and 2 girls while only two of them available. I understand this may happen but it shouldn't!!! My partner sits here with her feet in water for last 25mins and only one out of two girls is getting her nails done. This is just not good enough! We all paid, we all booked! And employees are just not able to give us the attention we paid for... I am sorry I have to do this, but clearly there is a better booking system needed. It's not fair to your clients. I hope next time we can both give you 5* again , please give it some thoughts

   I accompanied a friend to Jk's today for a pamper. The staff were friendly, they are really speedy and managed to fit us in within the hour at short notice. The lady is very happy with the results after a removal and refresh gel manicure and pedicure. Thankyou so much.

   I don't go anywhere else for my nails. The staff are all angels, so kind, helpful and accommodating. You won’t get nicer individuals with great personalities than this salon. Their nail skills are top class and my nails always last well. Would highly recommend the pedicure. I look forward to trying the other treatments soon. The new look salon is beautiful too. JK Nails always!

   Great service, very accommodating. There is a step to get in, however totally flat inside. The arms come up on the massage chair so it's easy to get in our with mobility issues. However it doesn't lower so probably no good for transferring from a wheel chair. Great competitive prices, and lovely relaxing manicure and pedicure .

   1 star is given based on that they had an appointment. I had a gel take off and gel manicure. They do not soak off gels they file it down with the electric file, its destroyed my natural nails, its going to take a few months to get my damaged nail to grow back.The manicure itself was the magnetic one and that lasted a few days before it chipped off. Save your money and go else where.

   Went for infill which was ok- nail filing was too harsh and could feel burning sensation as she did it. Also noticed after leaving streaks of red colour through my light polish.was also charged £2 extra for the service compared to the price on the price list. Think they realised I hadn’t been before and thought they could make the price up on the spot, anyone planning to visit I recommend agreeing price over phone first.

   I use these to do my nails but tonight I've expieraned the worst service I had an appointment booked an when I arrived 10 mins early they told me my appointment was booked for a different time the service was the worst experience I've ever recieved

   Went for a waxing and full body massage. The roll on waxing was quite dirty and upon asking, the girl said its just been replaced for me which it very obviously wasnt. She then abruptly asked if i wanted to get if done or not to which i said no and we moved to the most UN relaxing massage. The towels were so dirty that i put my own clothes under my head to avoid break outs. There was no candles or music, a person casually walked in without knowing whilst i lay naked. After the girl locked the door, another person kept knocking after which the girl left mid massage for 5-7 mins. To be fair to the girl, she gave a good massage but the ambience and hygiene was very poor unfortunately!
