   From start to finish this garage has been great. Communication, honest pricing and good quality workmanship is what these guys are all about. Throughout the oil pump replacement on my Sporatge, Nathan called to ask some questions to get a feel of what had happened so they could piece the puzzle together before rebuilding. He called back a few hours later to tell me what the actual cause of the job was and what they had done and that my car would be ready that afternoon. This morning when collecting my car, I was shown the failed parts which caused the problem and then the reason that happened which is great to understand. Great communication, Great team, Great Garage. Thank You!

   03 Oct 2025 I am very disappointed with your response, which I feel was unprofessional. I phoned twice in June and was told to send the details by email. I then sent the information twice in June to the email address you provided (evidence attached), but I did not receive a reply until September. This is why I left my review late — I had been trying to resolve the issue directly before posting a negative review. Also, I would like to clarify that the problem occurred just two weeks after the repair, not three months as you mentioned! First post: I had a very dangerous experience after having tyres fitted here. Shortly after the fitting, I noticed vibrations in the steering wheel, but the situation became extremely serious when the front left wheel nearly detached while driving. Only one of the four bolts remained, the rest were either missing or dangerously loose. The police stopped me, deemed the vehicle unroadworthy, and had it impounded for safety reasons. Both the police officers and a mechanic confirmed the issue was most likely due to the wheel bolts not being secured properly during the fitting. This put me and others on the road at serious risk. This incident cost me recovery and impound fees, emergency mechanical work, and may have also affected my brakes, which are now being investigated. Despite contacting the garage numerous times with photos, receipts, and a full explanation, I never received any reply. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this garage. Response to the owner Even though I wrote the review later on, that was only because my repeated emails with photos, receipts, and a full explanation received no reply from your garage. The tyres were fitted on 30/31 May, and within a week I noticed wobbling in the steering wheel. By the second week of June, only two weeks after fitting, the situation escalated when the front left wheel nearly detached. The police stopped me, declared the car unroadworthy, and had it impounded. A mechanic and the police both confirmed the bolts had not been secured properly. I did, in fact, attempt to contact your garage multiple times by email, attaching photos, receipts, and a full explanation of what happened. I received no reply. That lack of communication left me no choice but to post a review later, once it was clear no attempt was being made to resolve the matter. This was not a minor inconvenience, it was a serious safety hazard that could have caused an accident and endangered lives. The professional response would have been to engage with me promptly when I first reached out, rather than dismiss my concerns publicly. I can provide proof of the fitting date, the police report, recovery/impound receipts, and the emails I sent. The facts remain: the work carried out put me and others at significant risk, and the lack of follow-up only reinforces my point about professionalism.

The communication has been excellent, never patronised me or spoke to me like an idiot as most garages do to women. Super helpful in regard to dealing with the warranty company.    Excellent service every time. Really helpful, polite and pleasant chaps. Used them the first time when I was let down by another garage and I haven’t looked back. I take all my cars to them for MOT, diagnostics and repairs. They have always taken the time to explain any issues and are happy to discuss the potential options, being open and honest.
