   Took my VE Golf in for diagnostics on a ln engine fault. Expecting an expensive repair I was pleasantly surprised to find it was just a loose clip on an intake pipe. The fault was repaired and my car was ready to collect. Very helpful and polite reception staff. Would highly recommend.

   I took my car in for its annual MOT and service., at 8am as agreed on the day. I must confess I couldn’t remember what service it needed but the garage keeps a record so I didn’t need to worry. On the day I was greeted by a friendly lady who was most helpful and reassuring. As I left the garage my car was taken into the garage and when I received a phone call at 11::30 am to say it was all done I couldn’t believe the efficiency of the staff. Needless to say it passed its MOT and the staff were friendly on pickup the price was good, I was given as usual a full printout of the work done. As usual I left happy and confident. Needless to say I will keep using Independent and keep recommending this garage!

   Outstanding Service and Care – Highly Recommended! I can’t say enough good things about ICVS. They recently diagnosed and repaired an intermittent fault on my daughter’s Seat Ibiza, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a parent, it's always nerve-wracking when your child has car trouble, but the team here made the entire process stress-free at a particularly challenging time for us I was admitted to hospital for major surgery. ICVS were incredibly professional, and went above & beyond by dealing directly with the car dealer from whom we purchased the car who had approved us to seek a warranty repair at a garage of our choice. The turnaround time was quick, and the quality of the repair was top-notch. My daughter’s car is now running perfectly. What really stood out was the genuine care they showed—not just for the car, but for our peace of mind. It's rare to find that level of service these days. If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused garage, this is the place. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of our vehicles here again. Thank you for going above and beyond!    Once again they have come to the rescue with a really pump service. Our VW Touran developed a fault with the passenger window that left it wide open. From phone call to picking up the repaired motor was 6 hours. The cost for fitting a new motor was reasonable. Thank you again for your excellent support.

   Can only say the front of house on reception are SHOCKING!!!! 1 STAR IS TO MUCH.....So rude, Asking for a simple invoice after payment, rang 3 times and told i'll need to ring a 4th time....hung up on and told i was rude....stay clear is my advise..

   Reception is the first place customers go, and as such you would think that the garage would take pride in an acceptable level of customer service. Unfortunately this is not the case. I would give the overall experience 0 stars if I could. Currently unsure of the quality of work, hopefully better than than the customer service. One member of staff on reception is totally condescending and seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Any questions asked received a blunt reply, and there is definitely not a smile with service. I will not be returning, and would encourage others to try different garages in the area.

   Due to my normal garage being fully booked and being sceptical of going elsewhere, i came across this company and i was very impressed with all aspects of my experience here. From how quick they found out what the problem was to having it fixed and the total cost of repair ill definitely be doing my business here a lot more in the future. A very satisfied customer
